Times put back in his contact and looked at Scarlet "Is something wrong" Times said before hearing Serenity and looking at her and noticing she had gotten her cutie mark "You got your cutie mark!" Times said with a large smile.

 

Sabertooth looked at Serenity's Cutie mark and gave out a joyful bark.

Scarlet whimpers, "I..I hate my eyes" she says, then hears Serenity shout something excitedly, she then runs to her, scoops her up and hugs her tighly, "Oh darling, I am so proud of you! You got your cutie mark and it's a beautiful one, how did you get it?"

 

Serenity smiles, "I was just talking with Sabertooth and he said I knew just how to cheer him up"

Times ran up to Serenity "I'm so proud of you" Times said to Serenity and smiled.

 

Sabertooth gave out another joyful bark and Times picked him up. 'You got your cutie mark! You got your cutie mark!' Sabertooth thought and wagged his tail happily. Sabertooth gave out a joyful bark.

Serenity smiles and hugs him, "I can't wait until mummy and daddy see it, they will be so happy! Especially because..."

Scarlet strokes her mane, "Because you're half changeling, yes we know dear, that is nothing to be ashamed of"
Serenity nods and smiles down at Sabertooth, "I sure did, and I have you to thank for it"

Sabertooth gave out a joyful bark and wagged his tail. Sabertooth licked Serenity's face happily

 

Times looked at Serenity and asked "Why would you be ashamed of being half changeling" Times took off his glasses and cleaned them. He put them back on and adjusted them.

Serenity snuggles them, "I..it makes me a f...freak" She says timidly

Scarlet scowls, "have those two been bullying you at school again?"

She nods

"That's it, time to have a talk with Filthy Rich" Scarlet says, "Now darling, this is a good day for you, you forget those bullies, and if it's alright with daddy, how about we go out to eat and celebrate?"

Times looked at Serenity and said "You are not a freak, and forget what the bullies say, trust me I have experience with bullies..." Times looked at Scarlet " Filthy Rich, I hated that guy in school, he always had to find a way to pick on me, from my eye color to the fact that I couldn't fly until I was 7."

Scarlet nods, "He's a changed stallion now, he can still be quite snooty, but if I talk to him about it, he will do something about it." She says with a smile. "Now come on, where shall we take this little princess out to celebrate her getting her cutie mark?" she asks

Times looked at her "Yeah sure he is...." He mumbled under his breath. Times doesn't always keep a grudge but with Filthy Rich it was Different. From Elementary up to when Times was in high school Filthy Rich picked on him. Even caused Times to become scared to go to school when he was younger.

Scarlet kisses him, "I'll go see him by myself dear, you don't have to come along if you don't want to, but we need to stop the bullying against Serenity. Now, please, I will do that later, let's go, I'm pretty hungry myself, lets go to Fillyville" She suggests, knowing Serenity's favorite place to eat

"Oh I will be coming with you to see him. I don't want Serenity having the same problems as I had because of bulling." Times said before looking at Serenity. "May I ask, Whats Fillyville" Times tilted his head and had a confused look. He has heard of Fillydelphia but not Fillyville.

"Ok, and Fillyville is Serenity's favorite place to eat. It has meals for kids, like hayburgers and such, which comes with a toy and a fizzy drink." Scarlet explains with a smile, as Serenity jumps around excitedly. "We will go see mr Rich on the way home." She smiles

"Well I will just get my wallet and we can go." Times said before walking towards the house.

 

Sabertooth knew that he wouldn't be able to go and whimpered. 'I wished I could go but I'm a dog... and I'm a not very liked breed' Sabertooth thought as he looked at Serenity.

Scarlet smiles, "Alright love"

 

Serenity hears Sabertooth, "Oh but I love you, my mummy and daddy love you. Some ponies just do not understand that not all of a species or a breed is bad. Most ponies don't like my daddy or me, because of what happened at the Royal Wedding, but my daddy is really nice, you'd like him"

Sabertooth gave out a joyful bark and though 'I wish more ponies were like you'

 

Times walked into the house and went to the bedroom. He opened the dresser and grabbed his wallet. He went back to the backyard and said "Okay, I got it,shall we go then?" Times said with a smile.

Serenity hugged him tightly, "I do too, but sadly there isn't. I'll ask daddy if we can get you something on the way home." She nuzzles him, "I love you Sabertooth and I always will"

Scarlet smiles, "Alright lets go." She picks Serenity up and puts her on her shoulder.

Sabertooth looked up at Serenity and thought 'Thank you' 

 

Times walked beside Scarlet and looked at Serenity and said "Your lucky, I bet you know what your cutie mark is. Me... I have no clear Idea" Times said before laughing slightly and looking forward.

Serenity thinks back, "anytime my friend" she smiles then turns to Times, "I think I do daddy, it symbolizes my link with and ability to communicate with animals"  She says, hugging tightly on to Scarlet, who reaches up and hugs her back. "We both love you very much sweety, and are very proud of you"

Sabertooth gave out a joyful bark and laid down.

Times looked at Serenity and smile "Its true." Times said before looking back to Sabertooth and said "Don't worry, boy We will be back soon." Times looked back to Scarlet and Serenity with a wide smile that went ear to ear.

Scarlet smiles back, she leans over and kisses Times. "It's good to see you so happy my love, so shall we?" She says, leading the way to the restaurant. Serenity looks back at Sabertooth, "I know it's only going to be for a little while, but I'm really going to miss you and playing with you" she thinks to him.

"We shall" Times said before chuckling.

Sabertooth gave out a short howl and thought 'It will feel like forever....' Sabertooth had sad eyes. 

Times looked at Sabertooth and said "I can't resist puppy dog eyes...." Times looked back to Scarlet and Sabertooth howled again.

Serenity starts to cry, and Scarlet smiles, "Well...how about we go find his lead and he can come with us, I know the owner of Fillyville, she would be alright with him coming along"

Serenity dries her tear and looks to Times, "Can we daddy, please! I don't want Sabertooth to be sad. PLEASE!?"

"Of course, If I could, I would take Sabertooth with me everywhere, and He doesn't need a leash. For a puppy he doesn't really wonder off that often." Times said looking at Scarlet

 

Sabertooth looked up and ran happily to Times, Scarlet, and Serenity.

 

Times smiled and picked him up.

Serenity giggled, "YAY! Daddy can I carry Sabertooth please?" She asks sweetly

Scarlet leans over and says, "Oh let her darling, she really loves him to bits and he obviously loves her too."

Serenity pets Sabertooth gently, giggling. She was happy that her bestfriend could come now.

"If you can," Times said before handing Sabertooth to Serenity. Times smiled and Sabertooth licked Serenity's face and gave out a joyful bark. Times petted Sabertooth and smiled even wider. 'Yay, I get to come! I get to come! thanks to you Serenity!' Sabertooth thought.
