Raze began a bit bored staring out the window after a while, so he decided that he might as well start talking to someone, just so he could pass the time on the train ride. Leaning over the seat in front of him, he saw a mare drawing on a sketchpad.

 

"Uh, excuse me," he said, trying to get her attention. "I, uh, couldn't help but notice you drawing something. What is it?"

Lady was at Canterlot. The mare getting ready for the train to arrive. She fixed herself and made sure she looked proper. She was excited to actually be going on a trip to Los Pegasus, for free! She squealed silently to herself as she saw the train come. She directed the stallion carrying her bags inside as she trotted happily inside. The changeling was ready for a good time! She normally went to Los Pegasus for business trips and never got to enjoy what it had to offer. She was happy that she actually get to have fun. Heck, maybe she would find other changelings there?

 

Once Lady's bags were in place she paid the bellhop who carried her bags and went to her seat. She looked around for any other ponies who might be going to Los Pegasus, maybe she could have a chat with the possible feedings? She looked around to see, in pony she would come into contact with, or if they will come to her. 

(I'ma just assume we're all on the same train XD)

Pacific decided to trot around the train a bit, seeing as he was free from the conversation. He stopped his trotting when he noticed somepony he recognized from long ago. N-no... They're here to take me back aren't they? He thought to himself. He put his hood up and tried to avoid getting noticed by her.

(I'll try and be more active but I have a lot to juggle at the moment so it's hard even to get on the forums at the moment)

 

Stardust looked up to see that the pony that had spoke to him had already left, he look up to see who it may of been, he saw a few ponies talking but no-one seemed adamant in talking to him at this point in time, the train grinded to a halt as is came into the last station before Las Pegasus, Canterlot.

(OoC whoa, this has really taken off since my last post! sorry people)

 

Crystal yawned once as she looked through the window. The large cityscapes of Canterlot came into view, indicating that they where almost at Las Pegasus. She really wanted to make the most out of her trip, tough she wasn't the most outgoing pony when it came to sparking up conversations. 

She swung her saddlebags over her back, and looked around for somepony to talk to.

She noticed a white stallion standing all by himself, and moved in to spark up a conversation. As she trotted closer to the pony, she smiled as she spoke up. "Uhm, hi there! You don't happen to be going to Las Pegasus too right?"

Stardust looked up to see the blue mare smiling at him. "Oh, hey. Yeah I am" He said, bookmarking his book and closing it. "I've never been to Las Pegasus, which I find a bit ironic considering my line of work" He chuckled a little at this.

"Oh, I'm stardust by the way" he finished, returning the smile.

Crystal let out a breath she didn;t realise she was holding as the stallion accepted her conversation opener. She stuck out her hoof in greeting. "Nice to meet you, Stardust. My name's Crystal Breeze. But you can just call me Crystal, or Breeze. Or whatever you like, actually." She looked the pony over, and noticed his cutiemark. "You mentioned something about your line of work? What is it that you do, if you don't mind me asking?"

Pacific only gave a half focused response saying, "no big deal." He then disappeared into an empty train car, not wanting to be noticed by anypony else. Great... Now I'm being followed by ponies AND changelings... Isn't that just bucking perfect? He thought, annoyed at the fact that all the attention was drawn to him.

"A pony staring at a meteor shower going on with a twinkle in her eye." Shooting replied.

 

"I haven't drawn the meteor shower, or the cutie mark yet so it could be almost anything that she could be staring at or doing." She said a little more quietly. Shooting started drawing a big smile on the pony.

 

(OOC I won't be posting on Friday, fasting for thirty hours at my youth group and my phone doesn't do this website.)

"Oh, right," Raze replied, thinking that he might have annoyed the mare in some way or another. "Sorry, I didn't mean to disturb you or anything; it just looks really nice, even if it isn't actually finished yet."

 

He sighed. I hope she doesn't think I'm weird or anything, he thought.

"No... Your not bugging me. Thanks, I do drawings like this quite a bit." Shooting said.

 

"Going to Las Pegasus?" She asked. 'I hope I don't seem stupid or annoying.' Shooting thought. She started drawing the meteors in the top part of the paper. She erased the smile and replaced it with a tamer smile.

Raze smiled a bit. "Yep. Although I don't think there's anyone here on this train that isn't. Can't wait... always wanted to see Las Pegasus. Besides, I really needed a break. Work's really been piling up on me; it's unbelievable.

 

He held a hoof out to the mare. "Name's Raze."

"Nice to meet you, Crystal" Stardust replied, returning the hoof shake. "As for what I do, I'm a DJ...well...sorta. I make music as well, but that's not really what I concentrate on. Too much hard work" He said jokingly as the train came to a halt as it reached canterlot station. "What about you crystal? What do you do?"

"I just thought it would be fun thing to do to get a load off basically." Shooting said. She put her book to the side.

 

"Shooting Star." She replied. 'I wonder when we will be there.' Shooting thought as she glanced out the window. She tapped on the seat, keeping a fair beat.

@@Vinyl Scratch., "Whoa, a DJ? That's actually really awesome!" Crystal said as her smile widened. She felt the train stop and looked out of a window. Seeing as they whern't in Las Pegasus yet, she turned back to Stardust. "Well, this is going to sound really dull after your profession, but i basically run a shop with my parents." She blushed slightly.

"Nothing dull about that" stardust said with a smile. "Being a DJ isn't all it's cracked up to be. Sure,it's fun and all, but a lot of it it just sitting behind a screen, trying to figure if this sound good with that" he continued.

Stardust looked out the window. "Ugh, this train ride is taking forever!" he said in jokingly over-exaggerated tone as he fell back into his chair.

Crystal giggled a bit as the annoyed DJ flopped back into his chair. She dropped her bags and took a seat across from him. "To me it would be a dream come ttrue to be a DJ. Travelling the world from festival to party, having a crowd go nuts to your own tunes. Tough i understand how sitting behind a screen for hours on end would be getting old pretty fast." Crystal followed Stardust's gaze and looked outside. "we're nearly there tough, this is the last stop to Las Pegasus."

Raze gave a friendly smile. "Nice to meet you, Shooting," he said as he returned to his seat.

 

Well, she was... nice, he thought to himself. He reached into his bags and pulled out his journal, and began to write.

 

 

Still on the train to Las Pegasus. I never realized how long this train ride actually was. Met someone new today. She seemed alright.

 

He looked up. I should probably get to know the people that are going with me more.

 

He got out from his seat, and went over to a seat where a cyan pegasus was sitting. 

 

"Mind if I sit here?" he asked politely.

Crystal looked over to the direction the question was coming from, and found a black stallion standing there as the source. She smiled warmly before scooting over a bit. "Not at all, please have a seat." As she looked the stallion over, she noticed he had a few grey stripes in his fur, and at the time it looked rather exotic to her. She spoke up again. "you don't happen to be visiting Las Pegasus too, if you don't mind me asking?"

"Yes, indeed I am," Raze said, taking a seat. "I really needed a vacation. My work's been piling up and kinda stressing me out, so you know, might as well relax and take some time off in Las Pegasus. Make some extra money on the side, while I'm at it. I heard it's a nice place too."

"Yeah it's supposedly very beatifull. I've never been there before tough so i don't know what to expect really." She decided to go with the same course of conversation as the last time, as it had been proven to be pretty usefull. She looked at the black stallion again. "what line of work do you follow, if you don't mind me asking?"

"I'm a sort of, uh... private contractor, let's put it at that. You need protection? You can come to me. You need someone to escort you to some dangerous place? I'm the guy. Something like that. I'm the kind of guy people look for when they feel like their life's being threatened. Sometimes people might hire me to 'take care' of someone. But I don't do that kind of thing. Not anymore, I mean..."

Crystal turned a bit white at that. If anything she hadn't expected him to be anything like a assassin-bodyguard-contractor-something. She gulped once before continueing. "O-oh! That's ehrm... I-interesting."   She turned her head again to awkwardly stare out the window. 

 

This continued for a few more mimutes before her curiosity got the best of her. She silently cleared her throat before speaking up again. "So ehrm... Did you ever hurt somepony? Like really hurt?" Her eyes widened as she realised what she had just asked. "Oh, i'm terribly sorry. I-i uhm, my curiosity got the best of me. I shouldn't ask such things."

Raze smiled sadly at her reaction. "I'm sorry you had to hear that. A lot of people are freaked out by my job when I first tell them. You're probably freaked out by me, aren't you?"

 

That's what you get for revealing your job, he thought

 

He sighed. "To answer your question... rarely, if my clients tell me too. Everything I do is strictly business, never personal."

Shooting opened her sketch book again and started working on the details near the pony. 'Well, this is going to be a long train ride. What other things can I do?' She thought. Shooting erased a few things then to replace the detail with something more fitting.
