How many of Apple Jack's relatives came to the reunion?

To answer the question in topic... Hard to tell. I mean, someone could probably count all the ponies on that photo taken by the end of the episode, but I don't think it's really accurate. Personally, I think that Apple Family is really huge and it's impossible to give an exact number.

True, but didn't it seem a whole lot more came during the scene where the Apple extended fmily shows up? It seems closer to 50-70

Hard to tell, since not all of the apples are in the family photo. How about we look back to the fist ep of MLP FIM and see how many ponies AJ mentions when Twi first goes to SAA? We could add that onto the 30 in the photo.
