3) Discord helps defeat a villain in a special manner.

 

4) More Rainbow Power! (Super Saiyan 2?)

 

5) Having a "where are they now" epilogue for every main character. 

 

6) CMC get their Cutie Marks!

 

7) One more Sunset Shimmer appearance.

 

8) One more Daring Do appearance.

 

9) One more Maud appearance, as well as Pinkie's other sister.

 

10) One more Baby Cakes episode.

 

11) Derpy saves the day somehow (biggest fan service request).

 

12) All the past villains + Season 5 villains come together for one final epic showdown!!!

 

13) Another Crazy Twilight episode!

 

14) Mane 6 + Celestia, Luna, and Cadence use Rainbow Power along with another kind of power!

 

15) Develop Flash Sentry 100x more, if "a relationship" is what the writers are going with.

 

16) Ponies write "Dear Princess Twilight" letters about friendship!

 

17) The whole season centered around the Mane 6 teaching Ponyville and the rest of Equestria about the "Magic of Friendship"; Somepony writes about friendship, while one of the Mane 6 writes about leadership.

 

18) Twilight has officially learned more about magic in general than Celestia (Not likely to happen though)!

 

19) Random anime sequence!

 

20) Space themed episode (Star Trek, Star Wars references?).

 

21) Rarity has a true tomboy moment, and Rainbow Dash has a true girly moment (not too girly).

 

22) Applejack gains a big interest in something NOT Sweet Apple Acres related!!!

 

23) Celestia and Luna as children!

 

24) Rarity actually has fun with kids!

 

25) Personality switch episode! Twilight becomes a party-thrower, Pinkie Pie becomes an intellectual egghead, Applejack becomes a fashion expert (for real), Rarity becomes a country girl (for real), Fluttershy becomes an intense athlete, and Rainbow Dash becomes an innocent, cuddly-wuddly cutie.
