"Step right up folks! I'm your host Stellar Top Hat! Welcome to Pony Party! For todays game, it will take place on the crazy, sprially and ultimately Chaotic, Discords Playground! If you have any questions, I will answer them as we go along in the orientation." Stellar stated.

Vanilla Mist skips into the playground, looking around. She gazes around the place. "hmm..." she thought. "I wonder what i do now...i think is hould ask if i need to register...?" Vanilla walks up to Stellar Top Hat. "Excuse me Stellar Top Hat, what am I supposed to do right now...?" asked Vanilla Mist curiously.

Blaze proceeded up to the host of the so called 'games' being held on Discord's playground. He thought about the idea of hosting a sort of gameshow on something that Discord had used, it was probably filled with traps and other enchantments. "What now?" Blaze politely asked the host, Stellar Top Hat.

Stellar turned to the two. "Ah! Welcome to Pony Party! We can't get started just yet! Why, we're missing two contestants. You can take a look around the board and noticed the different colored spaces. I will explain it all once our last two ponies arrive." Stellar said excitedly in his usual game host voice.

Shadow Dust was late. She ran into the playground. "I'm here" she said while taking a deep breath. Luckily she wasn't the last pony that needed to come, so it wasn't that embarrassing. "So do we just wait for the other pony then?" Shadow asked Stellar". She was so excited to be a past of this.

Riley swooped into this kooky playground. "I'm... here..." he panted. He looked to see three other ponies present. "So, whassup, my ponies?" he said enthusiastically. "Let's get this show on the road!" He trotted over to Stellar Top Hat. "Hello there! I'm Riley!" He reached out to shake hooves.

"Alright looks like everypony's here. So for those who haven't heard of me, I'm Stellar Top Hat and this is Pony Party! We are here in the crazy board known as "Discord's Playground", where anything can happen! So, here's how to play. Each of you will take turns rolling a magic dice. The number that appears face up is the number of spaces you move. Blue spaces will give you 5 bits, red spaces will take away 5, and all other colored spaces will make something crazy happen! It can be good...or bad, so be on the look out! After all of you move, a mini game will be randomly chosen. It will then continue like this until all turns are used. Oh! And I almost forgot the most important thing!" Stellar stated as he used his magic and made a sun star appear on a random space. "See that sun star over there? Well, it plays a major role. Collect three of them, and you'll have a chance to play a special game in which you must defeat Discord himself! After a pony collects a sun star, another one will randomly appear on a random space. Oh, but here's the catch...you must pay 10 bits to get the sun star so keep track of how many bits you have. Does anypony have questions before we start?" Stellar asked.

"Ooh! Pick me!" said Riley, raising his hoof. "Blue Eclipse is going to be going away for a week starting either tomorrow or the next day. Not sure which, but that's besides the point. Anyway, while he's gone, can anyone fill in for him? I can't do anything without a player."

"Well, well young one, didn't you hear. All of you will be playing this game! No need to fret, no need to worry!" Stellar stated. "That's right young one..." A voice said with an evil snicker. "Oh my! Is that who I think it is? Why, it's the king of chaos himself! Discord!" Stellar announced.

"No, seriously, Mr. Stellar Top Hat. If he's going to be away for nearly a week with no Wi-Fi, then he can't participate in this RP. So can he please bring someone in to control me until he returns?" said Riley. "I wouldn't want to drop out of this awesome party!"

 

"Oh, hey there, Discord."

"Ah, I see where you're going with this. You can be a substitute for him, since you're already here..." Stellar stated. "Somepony trying to drop out?" Discord asked with a little hiss of his tongue. He eyed Riley sharply. Stellar meanwhile waited for the others to ask him questions, if they had any.

"Sorry, Discord, it's not up to me," said Riley. He noticed some passerbys giving him weird looks. "Yeah, I guess I should stop breaking the fourth wall now. Anyway, I have a question. Are you going to take away our wings and horns?"

"No, but I am going to put a limit on your magic and stuff." Discord said with the snap of his finger. "Well...looks like we're gonna have to put the game on a short delay then..." Stellar stated. The sun star was still on the space it had appeared on.

(OOC: Nearly a week, with no Wi-Fi or mobile service. Don't put the game on hold, I'll see if I can get someone to fill in for me.)

 

Riley twiddled his invisible thumbs while he waited for the game to begin. So he decided to make conversation with Blaze. "Hey, do you like tacos? I like tacos. Except when you spill them onto you, because the fillings tend to be hot. Unless you use ice-cream."

Stellar continued to wait. Meanwhile Discord had shuffled a couple of spaces behind everypony's back, including one where if a pony lands on it, the sun star space will be moved. "Oh, here's a little secret. Everypony come in so Discord can't hear us." Stellar stated.

Shadow Dust huddled up with the rest of the ponies. "What's the big secret?" Shadow Dust asked. "Oh, also I have another question. How will we know when we land on a red/blue or a space with a star?

 

(I seriously want to know how all of this works. This all sounds confusing to me.)

(OOC: Okay. Have you ever played any of the Mario Party games? If so, it works just like it. This first board is a big circle and everything is ponified.)

 

"Okay, Here's the secret, there's a Discord space hidden somewhere around this board. Land on it, and Discord will appear, you can then give him orders on what to do to mess up other players. Be very careful when using this." Stellar warned.

"Cool!" Shadow Dust exclaimed. "But why do we have to be careful?" Shadow Dust question. "Is it dangerous to tell him what to do?" Shadow didn't think it could be that bad.

Riley was just about to shift the 'conversation' with Blaze to tacos, when he heard Stellar ask the ponies if they were ready to begin playing. "Whelp, I know I am!" he replied cheerfully. "I've been to a bunch of parties before, but this seems like a unique twist!"

"Okay! Let's get started!" Stellar said with a happy laugh. He used his magic and made four magic dice appear on top of the four contestants. "Alright! This will decide the order of things. The pony who rolls the highest number goes first, and the next highest will go second, and so forth.

"Ooh, floating dice!" exclaimed Riley with a dumb smile. He rolled it with... I don't know, I'm not sure how this works in the Mario Party games. Video game physics I guess. Anyway, he rolled... a nine!

 

"So, fellas, let's see how you fare!" he said to the other contestants.

"I wonder what everyone else will roll, Riley rolled a nine, I rolled a five..." Vanilla Mist thought to herself.

"Patience. You won't move just yet. This is only to determine the order of things." Stellar stated as he waited for the others to break their dice. He would then give everypony 10 bits after they had finished rolling their dice.

Shadow somehow rolled the dice above her. It fumbled around above her until it landed on a 4. "I got a 4!" Shadow Dust shouted. That meant she went 3rd, unless the other pony rolls a number higher than her. Then she would go last. 'So we have to keep track of our bits, am I correct?"
