Any good fanfics that deal with mental illness as a main theme?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I guess it's worth trying. Probably an odd thing to look for, I know. I have depression myself and things like that have been of interest to me lately. I'm not too picky about what exactly they're about as long as it's well-written and treats the subject matter with the respect it deserves.

Hello @Harpuia!  Just so you know, the 'Fan Fiction' section in Octavia's Hall is for posting any literary works that you have written and wish to share with other members.  Given that you are seeking a fan fiction rather than submitting one, I have moved your thread to Sugarcube Corner since it would be more appropriate there.

 

In the mean time, there is quite a lengthy thread on favorite and recommended fanfictions here that may have something of interest to you.  As I do not read fanfictions very often, I cannot really think of any works that do focus on mental illnesses though I am sure there are quite a few out there.  Regardless, I do hope you find what you are looking for.
