 Silver Tongue decided to rest atop the tallest hill in the orchard, giving him a clear view of said orchard. "I wonder what's in that cellar, probably that famous cider i've heard about." Silver Tongue said out loud to no one in particular, and shrugged. "Alcohol isn't really my style anymore.".

 

(OOC: there isn't much ground left to cover and we still have 5 more days to cover it. Skipping would be a good idea.).

Soon, the day was over. Thunder came to pick up Silver. "Alright Silver, second day is done, five more to go. You will report to Sugarcube Corner tomorrow. And there are more rules there." Thunder stated as he continued to walk to a small place where Silver was staying.

 "Copy that warden." Silver Tongue jokingly replied with a solute. On his way to his new residence Silver Tongues mind began to wander, "I wonder if the nickname 'warden' will catch on. I guess it would be something to remember me by, but it probably won't considering I'm the only one that sees him as a warden. Well you never know with these things.".

"You keep calling me warden? Is that some sort of nickname you gave me? Call me Thunder, or Thunder Dash." Thunder stated as they arrived at a small place. "This is where you'll be staying for the next five days. If I hear any trouble, guards will be sent down and they'll monitor you all the time." Thunder warned.

 Smiling and nodding Silver Tongue thought to himself, "Well that escalated quickly. And we were getting along so well, then he goes back to being all cloak and dagger. Watching me sleep, okay theres nothing wrong with that. It's times like this that make me wonder if Thunder is really just a crazed fan, that hired some ponies to dress in royal guard outfits and play along. Of course I don't actually believe that, but the point still stands.".

Thunder read Silver's mind. "It's not like I'm being all police on you. I'm just giving you a heads up to make sure that you won't cause any trouble. I don't want you to go through suffering again." Thunder stated as he gathered electricity and made the keys to the house appear. He then unlocked it and opened the door.

 Silver shrugged and stepped into the modest home, "Well, its nicer than the prison cell. If you have a second, can you tell me about the bakers I will be working with, or are you saving that for a surprise?" Silver didn't know why but he had a feeling these were no ordinary bakers.

"Well...you'll be working with Pinkie Pie, Mr. and Mrs Cake and Doughnut Joe, since he'll be down here for the party you'll be helping with tomorrow. They are all very nice ponies and I know this will be one of the easiest community services you'll be doing." Thunder stated.

 "Okay sounds good, I guess I'll see you then.", Silver said as he searched around his new home, trying to get better acquainted with the place. "I remember reading an ad about ponyvilles parties, if I stick around long enough than maybe I can see what that brochure was all about.".

Thunder was up early the next day. He went to wake up Silver around 7am. "Silver! Time to wake! Gotta be at Sugarcube Corner in 15 minutes." Thunder stated as he knocked on the door. He waited for Silver to wake and answer the door. Thunder had a schedule with him.

 Silver sluggishly awoken to Thunders call, and was immediately greeted by multiple new aches and pains from the previous day. "I'm up, I'm up, do not fear for I have awoken.", Silver Replied not bothering to hide the pain and grogginess from his voice, as he walked to the door, ignoring what little grooming supplies the home had to offer. Silver opened the door, and stepped outside, "To sugar cube corner we go.", Silver  said as he trotted off in a random direction.

"Alright, time to go to Sugarcube Corner. Mrs. Cake, Mr. Cake and Pinkie will give you instructions on what to do for the time. You'll be staying there until 10pm. This is because of how many parties there will be. You'll be helping to bake, clean and decorate the place." Thunder stated.

 "Right cool, cool." Silver Tongue replied, not entirely processing the statement, but it was early and it wasn't like he was going to disagree anyway. "So... ya, backing... I... don't know where I was going with that, but that doesn't matter, I have a party to attend.", Silver Tongue randomly rambled throughout the majority of the trek, clearly still half asleep.

"Did you get enough sleep last night, because it sure doesn't look like it....oh well...Pinkie may be generous enough to offer you a sweet or two to get some sugar to give you some extra energy." Thunder stated as he continued to walk towards Sugarcube Corner.

 "It's fine, I'm always like this early in the morning, I'll be up and going bye the time I get to sugarcube corner." Silver reassured thunder. Silver Tongues rambling becomes more and more coherent, and less and less frequent as the journey continued on.

Thunder soon arrived at Sugarcube Corner. "Well...here we are." Thunder stated as he opened the door to see Pinkie talking with Mr. and Mrs. Cake. "Ooh! Thunder! There you are! And...you must be Silver!" Pinkie said happily with a giggle as she bounced towards Silver.

 "Hello there, you must be Mr. Cake." Silver Tongue said with a chuckle. "Zing, I still got it." Silver thought to himself, "Very energetic, she shouldn't be too much of a problem if things go on the rocky side. Still thinking of ways to manipulate others. Force of habet.".

Thunder read Silver's mind. "Still in the mindset?" Thunder asked with that look on his face. Even if Silver's horn was disabled, Thunder still wouldn't let Silver take advantage of people with his words. There was two more days left of community service and Thunder hoped that Silver was truly grasping the concept of giving back.

 "Well I can't really help if they don't trust me, besides you would be surprised how much my talent helps. A good mood is the most common form of help, saving friendships is the most popular form, and tho I have never been presented with the chance, saving lives." Silver calmly rationalized, putting extra emphasis on the last two words.

"The only way to get ponies to trust you is what you DO." Thunder stated as he waited for one of the ponies to give Silver something to do. "Ooh! Silver! Could you come and help me finish baking this cake?" Pinkie asked as she continued to bounce in place and wait for Silver.

 "Sure thing Pinkie." Silver responded following Pinkie to the kitchen. Silver thought to himself as he followed with a 'go with the flow' look on his face, "Physically helping isn't the only way of helping, and I'm not going to forget what makes me, 'me' just because I made a bad decision.".

Pinkie bounced to the back and took out a batter that needed just a few more ingredients. "All we need is some cinnamon, chopped apples and a hint of salt!" Pinkie said with a snort and a giggle. Thunder stayed close to Sugarcube Corner just in case something happened.

 Silver Tongue fetched the ingredients, "Right do we have measuring supplies, or do you usually just eyeball it?", Silver asked. "Chopped apples, cinnamon, this must be apple pie.", Silver took a bit of pride knowing that the apples he had bucked were already being put to use.

For some reason, Pinkie could read Silver's mind because she was just Pinkie. "Actually we're making vanilla cake with chopped apples!" Pinkie said as she waited for Silver to get the ingredients that she needed to finish making the batter. She would then stir it up.

 "I really shouldn't be surprised at this point, but still, I never thought when I used the term 'read me like a book' that I would be talking about my mind. Well on the bright side, I'm not really a fan of pastries, so I won't be tempted by what I make.", Silver thought as he handed the ingredients over.
