I really need some help with my phone. I have a Galaxy S4 Active that I got last year and battery problems have arose. It charges super slow (approximately 5+ hours for a full charge), and it only holds that charge for so long when I am using it ( at least 2-3 hours.) I did everything like close every app, turn off things that aren't needed, removing the battery, and cleaning the connectors to the battery, and yet it still charges slow. I even got apps that's supposed to boost battery performance on how long it last and it's charge time, and still nothing. I just want to know if anyone can help me before I go to the AT&T store.

It's just getting old. To me, the lifespan of technology is probably about a year. So...
