Why WWE Roadblock and NXT Takeover:Dallas, could make Wrestlemania 32 look pale in comparision

Well, we're totally in the Wrestlemania season everybody and it's this time again, just like the last Wrestlemania since 2013, that i really worry about the show as a whole. My worries for Wrestlemania 29 where pretty much confirmed, since most of the matches weren't good and the main event between John Cena and an out of shape Rock was just business as usual for the WWE.

Now i fear that my worries for Wrestlemania 32 are being again confirmed, as not only do we have a lackluster card, with Roman Reigns, who is sitting at home and hasn't been to the last 2 raw shows and Triple H, in the main event. We also have Shane Mcmahon, who i love, but is not a Wrestler and the Undertaker, who i also love, but has a non believable heel role. Lesnar and Ambrose sounds nice, but that's pretty much it, for your main event type matches.

When we look at WWE Roadblock, we got Dean Ambrose facing Hunter for the title, which is a feud which was very well executed and which got the crowd excited. You get Brock Lesnar vs. Bray Wyatt, which should've been at Wrestlemania and we got an NXT Tag Title match, between the Revival vs. Colin Cassady and Enzo Amore.

Don't get me started on NXT Takeover: Dallas, which will be shown on Friday, 2 days before Wrestlemania. The freaking card is packed with wonderful matches. Austin Aries has his debut against Baron Corbin, Apollo Crews faces Elion Samson, the best wrestler in the world right now, Shinsuke Nakamura has his debut against Sami Zayn (El Generico) and Samoa Joe, has the chance to one more time win the big gold, against the NXT Champ Finn Balor (Prince Devitt)

I haven't been this worried about the last 3 Wrestlemanias and with 100000 people trying to make a WWE record, making it the biggest Wrestlemania of all time, it makes me cry to think, that this Wrestlemania will go down in history.

It's a sad state of affairs right now.

This is why CM Punk left and Wade Barrett is leaving, the WWE has no idea what they're doing

It's really sad with Barrett, because he is such a good and underrated Wrestler and is so good on the mic and i loved his Bad News Barrett gimmick. It all went downhill, when he became King of the Ring.

This guy, should've become a world champ.

"WWE Roadblock"

Wait Wrestlemania made me so disinterested in the company that I just not learn there's a new PPV?

It was originally supposed to be a network exclusive show called "the march to Wrestlemania," which they used to do in the 90s as well. But it looks like the old Vinman has changed plans and made another special 3 hour show.

Can't blame him for attempting to get ratings. This year's Wrestlemania has the Vince Push written all over it with the only good thing coming out of is the temporary end of the in-your-face dull Authority angle and that's if Shane even wins. A bolded temporary because we all know what went down only a few weeks after Survivor Series back in 2014.

I must say though, i actually liked that segment. This is some real heel heat, that you don't get too much in wrestling these days.

Yeah, i hope that if shane wins, that it's not just a temporary thing. I loved that survivor series 2014 main event, but considering what happend a month later, it made it look kind of pointless.

Vince kinda pulled it off to make the last two Wrestlemanias great shows, eventhough i went in with skepticism.

If he manages to make it for third time, eventhough my skepticism is even higher then the last 2 shows, i really have to tip my hat to Vince. But i honestly don't see it.

I'll give credit where credit's due, I love Seth Rollins as a heel and this segment shows his despicable persona at it best, especially in a day of age where suppositely heel wrestlers are doing public charity activities like Make A Wish.

I can see why they're not doing much with Barrett though. The guy is very injury prone. You can't really gamble on that.

But I do concur. Mania is just not shaping up. Roadblock, Takeover: Dallas and the Raw After Mania are looking ot beat the biggest show of them all into the dirt.

(I am amazed at how relevant this still is)

Coincidentally I'm wearing by Bullet Club shirt right now, and I think NJPW WrestleKingdom may actually outshine WrestleMania this year. Can Lesnar/Ambrose & Roman/HHH really compete with Nakamura/Styles & Tanahashi/Okada III.

Fun fact: If Styles makes it to Mania, he'll be the first man to compete in both WK & WM in the same year.

Prince freaking Puma. That's what i say. XD

Honestly, i watched WK X this January. Tanahashi and Okada III is one of those Match of the year candidates and truly worthy of a major show main event. It's also strange thinking of Styles and Nakamura, since Styles is already there and Nakamura is scheduled to face Zayn at NXT: Dallas. I hope Vince realizes what a goldmine he has with Nakamura. But he probably won't, because there never was japanese wrestler there, that got over (Tajiri, Yoshi Tatsu, Ultimo Dragon, etc.)

I am really looking more forward to NXT: Dallas and i also look forward to the Hall of Fame ceremony. It's amazing that all those Wrestlemania weekend events are looking more exciting, then the Mania itself.

This will be a letdown.
