You could try pushing your point across to her even if she doesn't listen there is a chance that if you upset someone's beliefs enough they won't want to argue with you anymore and just give up

I would honestly just make a whole new FB account and make posts about stuff that your parents don't agree with on that account.  On the current one just post regular stuff that will not anger your parents.  Use an alternate name for the other account of course and just keep the two accounts separate.  It's the only solution I can really think of since it seems like your parents are dead set on their beleafs.

If she makes a post on Facebook don't respond, just ignore it. I'd say do what Corgis said, make your own facebook account (a new one) that is separate from your one your mom has in contact with. Or just don't go on facebook if it makes you that upset. Perhaps anther option would be to use anther social media site.

As for the phone block her number if you can. Or just if she phones ignore it, pay no attention.

either that or when she does call, just turn you phone off, if I am having problems with someone and I need space but they wanna talk to me, I will log out or even turn off my phone, it makes it much harder for anyone to reach you if your phone isnt even on, and if you have a landline and they try to call you there, unplug it from the hook, so you cant recieve calls ... I know its an extreme, but it does work
