Youtube rarely has the episodes up, but Dailymotion tends to have them within a day or so. I work weekends, so i cant watch them when they air

There's no "watching illegally". There's only "distributing/publishing illegally" (when done without the copyrights owner's consent).

You still do have fair use in your Copyright Act, don't you?
