If you need a new website to upload your videos, you should check out Vimeo. It's a decent website, but youtube is still better, in my opinion. x)

I have said it many times but I will say it again Google buying out youtube was the worst thing that ever happened to it. Sure youtube was banning people for copyright violations before then but it wasn't nearly as bad back then as it is now. Sure youtube has to pull some stuff because they will get sued if they don't but many of these copyrite claims are completely bogus and they are making it harder and harder file a counter claim.

All a company needs to do now is say "this is mine I want it pulled" regardless of whether they even own the material or not. I have a feeling that it isn't Hasbro banning the brony accounts as they seem pretty laid back for the most part on this matter.

If Hasbro is alerted to a copyright violation then they must take action or they lose their copyright.

On another note there are many MANY other video hosting websites and with HTML5 it's easier now than ever to make your own.

It was yesterday, I didn't say that hasn't been revoked, but yesterday his channel said "Youtube has taken actiona dissabled this account for multiple copyright enfringements."

Just like Pony.fm is being made for musics, we need a Ponie theatre for videos now?

The AVGN's latest video upload was 15 hours ago, so if they banned his account they must have reinstated it shortly thereafter.
