It's just I read a wikihow thing on making a good OC, and they said to pick colors that would go with her cutie mark. I made her mane a pale pink...while fluttershy's is darker than a pale pink...I was debting on changing the eye color, but I decided to keep it because I rarely make blu eyed OCs...maybe if I try your suggestion it could help. I'm just scared it won'y look good on her...

I wouldn't worry about changing much. Her face looks different enough from Fluttershy, I think. If you want to make her more original, I would give her some accessories you'd never see Fluttershy wear. Like a big hat or something.
