My lovely experience with a Weeaboo

Incoming rant, put your helmet on.

 

So back before graduation, I had lunch with my friends, minding my own business, and there was this one table where this pathetic weeaboo and her followers sat and ate lunch, for a while, we all got along, nothing bad happening, she occasionally comes and talks to us about school in general and sometimes, would ask me to help her with her homework (which funny thing was, she had a class next period with me). She was your typical Weeaboo, Thought everything from Japan was the greatest thing ever, hates all western media except for Twilight, Thinks Naruto, Bleach, Death Note, and Hetalia are the greatest animes ever made while remaining oblivious to all other animes, tried to get people to read her stupid Yaoi fanfics, and wore cat ears to school every single day.

 

Well one day, we're eating lunch, like usual, and I pull my sketchbook out and start drawing, well the weeaboo comes back to our table, with her tablet, trying to show everybody her fucking Hetalia Rule 34 art work she kept on there. She tried to show to me, when I saw, I was eating while I was drawing, I nearly puked in my mouth, it was incredibly erotic (well duh, R34 is erotic), well she sees my drawing, and then says "Oh my god, you're a fucking Brony?" I look at her and say, "Uh yeah, why you asking?"

 

She flipped her shit after that and went on a rant about why she wants her boyfriend to watch all the anime she loves with her, do all the things she does, and politely, as she left, told me to kill myself, because I am a "menace" to society and will rape little boys in the future, I decided to ignore that statement, figuring, can't take her seriously.

 

About a week later, she comes back, again, this time I was in a great conversation with another friend of mine about video games, we where both in a discussion about which is better, Call of Duty or Battlefield, she pops in and says "fuck both your games, Pokemon is where it is at." My friend hated Pokemon and I never played it, I said, "meh, Pokemon, never got into it", well, I think I must've offended her, because she went on another rant about how I had no childhood, I said to her "Hey guess what, I grew up, I could give less of a fuck if I played it or not, people have different video game tastes", well she flipped again, this time calling me a lifeless, gay, misogynistic, basement dweller with no life at all. After that I said to her, "You wanna know something, I don't care".

 

I also just noticed something, at graduation, she wasn't there and I heard rumors that she either is repeating High School (Her grades where Piss poor, no wonder she was coming to me for help, plus the teacher was getting on her case about getting Homework finished), or she dropped out, and I don't have a life, eh?

What a lovely little anti christ, I guess it is good you won't have to deal with her anymore. I will admit I was obsessed with anime back in high school but even then I at least had some standards and didn't try to shove that down everyones throats. I still like anime but not quite as much as I used to.

Wow, she reminds me of so many people I went to high school with. It's people like her that made me stop going to the anime club my school had. Apparently I am a "dumbass retard" because I don't like Vampire Knight and prefer dubbed anime.

I used to mercilessly attack her kind a few years ago (when I was younger). I couldn't stand them. Hell, if it weren't for my fondness for anime I probably would have disliked the majority of anime fans back then. It's different now, of course, but remember that she's more akin to a poser than anything.

 

Real anime fans are kindhearted and respectful. If anime really does have as big of an impact as people claim they do (which I'd say is true), then they'd try to emulate what goes on with any character and remind themselves of that, as opposed to violently opposing people who don't follow their suits.

I think it would apply to all fandoms, especially this Fandom because of the amount of nutjobs it has.

Anime isn't really a united fandom. There's ecchi, shonen, seinen, moe, and all sorts of other shit and crossovers. It's not even just the extreme side of "anime fans". That'd be like seeing a brony and saying "what an extreme cartoon fan". Anime, believe it or not, has per show fandoms :V

Reminds me of something that happened to me on a trip to Japan with my school.

 

girl: "Ugh, your hentai is stupid. It's just girls fucking."

me: "...you just bought a bunch of yaoi..."

girl: "Yeah, but it's not full of sex!"

me: "I bet you could pick one of those at random, open to a random page, and it would be butt sex."

girl: "No, look!"
