• Physical Description

  Empire Jack is very similar in appearance to his twin-sister, AppleJack. The major difference is that Empire has wings and AJ doesn’t. Empire also has a sharper mane and tail, said to be more “aerodynamic” for flying faster.

• Backstory

  Empire was born at the same time as AppleJack. He was never really a fast pony until he met Rainbow Dash, who pushed him to become faster and stronger. After he was old enough, he joined the Wonderbolt Academy with Rainbow but never had as much success as she did. But he eventually found his rhythm, slowly but steadily improving and graduated 2nd to Rainbow Dash in the end. Once he graduated, he was granted a reserves role in the team. After some time, he decided to go to Canterlot and apply to become a royal guard (if that’s not how it works let me know). He was then granted a reserves role there but when given the option to move forward he declined, deciding to keep it and push forward with the Wonderbolts. Eventually, after being a veteran of battle, he managed to earn a 7th Element, the Element of Courage.

• Personality

  Kind, loyal, hard working, and almost as strong as his sister. Empire works hard and never gives up. He performs well under pressure, but is still approachable and chatty. He’s also strong and very athletic, giving him speed and endurance. HOWEVER, if challenged, his ego can get the best of him and he tends to get into trouble with it. He can also be a bit hot-headed, kind of like his sister. Any potential threat to him, his friends, or family to him is something that is not tolerated. And insults to said ponies, he’ll back his friends/family up. Sometimes going too far with it and getting himself in unwanted trouble.

   Empire, AJ’s twin-brother, was having a less than pleasant day, coming off of a devastating DNF in his previous race. So he was not in the best mood. He packed his own lunch, although was suggested to grab a school lunch, and found himself a spot beside a few athletes at CHS, since on the off weekends and/or before or after his races, he’ll play either football or hockey (assuming they have both) with them. Sometimes even make a guest star appearance at the soccer games.

   “Who are you? What are you 2 doing here on the Apple Farm?”
   One of the Apples came out from the farm, noticing the critter and strange, unorthodox pegasus. But he himself didn’t look like an Apple at first glance. He had his guard armor on in case of any attack or danger. But he had his helmet replaced by a cowboy hat. 
   “Are you looking for some apples or stopping by to drop some news off? Either way is perfectly fine with me”, he said with a friendly face. He was a Pegasus, and a very fast one at that, being a Wonderbolt alongside the vets. He was somewhat well-known though stays humble and modest, just fine with being him. He does what he does because he enjoys it, mot for the fame. But with the threat in Ponyville, he’s had to be on guard standby and watch for the assassin and keep the town safe. But his home is to him a safe haven. A place to relax and decompress.

   It was another hot, boring day at Canterlot High School. It was the first day back from summer vacation, and there weren’t too many students keen on what the teacher was lecturing about in class. Most of them found things to distract themselves such as idly doodling in their notebooks, twirling their pencils, or counting how many black dots they could find on the ceiling. Relief would finally come when the loud sound of the bell ushered in one the most important times of the day: lunch time.
   Nearly every student in the school now made their way to the cafeteria to peruse the selection of food prepared by the staff for the day. Today, the menu options were hayburgers with hayfries, an assortment of fruits and veggies, baked potatoes, and chocolate chip cookies for dessert. The numerous windows in the room let plenty of natural light, showcasing the beautiful, sunny day that awaited them later on. Colourful posters on the walls advertised the school’s dirt track racing team. As it was the first day of school today, a mixture of both excited and anxious student filled the room. Some are in line to get their food, others have taken their seat at a nearby table, while others mill about the room looking for a spot. The room is noisy, so softer-spoken students may have to raise their voices in order to be heard.

   New Pegas, A Fallout: New Vegas inspired RP

   I did something like this before, and I thought it went well until the other player left the forums.
   Anyway, this RP is NOT based on the Fallout Equestria series, as I haven't read them, and would like this to be my own work. So you don't need to know anything about that in order to participate.
   This world will be based much more off of my own stories and RPs, but as those happened in the past you won't have to be familiar with them either.
   The premise is this: The Equestrian Continent was divided with Equestria and its allies to the North and East, and the Trojan Empire and its allies to the South and West, with the city of Las Pegasus caught in the middle. Tensions rose until both sides launched an all out strike on the other, and both were decimated. Each side preserved some remnants of their civilizations in Equestrian Stables and Trojan Vaults, operating much like the vaults in Fallout, to open decades later when the worst of the effects had passed.
   I've got a bunch of different factions, locations, and characters in mind, I can supply more information depending on interest.

   It was cramped. Spitfire's office barely fit the entire Wonderbolts team, yet here Swift Wings was, standing right in front of the Wonderbolts captain with fellow cadet Empire Jack. It almost felt unreal. Swift Wings could barely contain their excitement. Given the rest of the team was present, they had a pretty good feeling about why the pair was called in here.
   "Alright, Swift Wings, Empire Jack, our two most promising cadets. We'll need you two in the show once it starts in Cloudsdale, flying!" Spitfire announced, looking up from the pair's files and pointing at the pair. The rest of the Wonderbolts tapped their hooves on the ground in applause.
   "Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh we're Wonderbolts members now!? I mean, that's cool," Swift Wings exclaimed before calming themselves down to maintain a professional look. 
   Rainbow Dash giggled before winking at the pair.

   The crisp morning air went through the town of Ponyville as the day began it's usual rhythm. Early rising ponys awakened and yawningly began on their day ahead of everypony else, preparing the shops and dutys that had to be done before the buzzing life began in the currently scarce town.
    
   The smell of baked goods and the far in between sound of hoofs slowly marching on the vacant ground began to mix in the air and give a sense of life awakening a little by little after yet another sleepy night passing by.
    
   For the inhabitants of the town it was a day like many others, but who was to say what the day would bring? Perhaps some things, or some ponys, would make this day stand out amongst the peaceful ones that had passed?
    
   Alas, the time was not for questions. The workers had their things to attend before the general populace would arise and little time to do it in, leaving the thought unsaid as they began their daily tasks and a low hum of activity started of the day.
