  1. I might be joining that one eventually. I'm not used to role playing via Email, and there's alot to read before I'm up to speed regarding current events.
  2. @@ScaryMonster, *Puffs out chest with pride, then deflates like so many half-filled balloons* Actually I only met her last week, so I probably wouldn't count, though I do agree that it's an honor to meet me, lol.
  3. Okay, that was just adorable. After reading that I could imagine Rarity and Sweetie Belle having a conversation like that. Also... @@ScaryMonster, Hello Scary, nice to meet you.
  4. *hugs* It's alright. I usually enjoy it too, but this year just seemed to be fairly dismal for me. P.S. I like free candy too. :3
  5. Yeah. Happy. That's exactly the term I'd use to describe this day. Happy, happy, happy. ... ... ... I am not terribly fond of this day, being single and all (not of my own choice).
  6. *Puts on smart looking reading glasses* Alright, I've brushed up on my zodiac lore and I think I'm ready to apply. Name: Maxim Character Sheet: (Click Me!) Zodiac: Taurus Element: Loyalty
  7. Hello! My curiosity and interest have been piqued by this idea and I would like to give it a try. Before I apply though, I was wondering what the element of Consideration would be. Would that be like empathy and such? Also, could I use my character Maxim and just lower his age, or would an original character be more appropriate?
  8. Eep! I got your emails, all several dozen of them; and with 17 more pages of posts to read as well I think it might take me a while to get up to speed. Maybe even a week. Sorry. I will read as fast as I can.
  9. Thank you for the concern My email is garfieldboy@sbcglobal.net (Stupid minimum word count. Ramble, ramble, ramble. There we go!)
  10. Should I PM it to you or can I just post it here? I'm not particularly worried about people I don't know emailing me.
  11. Blimps! I love blimps, and that all sounds like a pretty fun read actually. Maybe I will make time to read it.
  12. Hello all. I was also interested in joining. I noticed that the RP had gotten pretty long though so I was wondering if someone could just summarize what's happening around town so I don't have to slog through all those posts. I would put up my OC for a yay or nay but I'm still working on him. On the same subject, are zebras allowed?
  13. Gearbox smiled happily as she trotted out of the grocery store, a long blue sock with a plastic sole covering her right foreleg so as to hide its mechanized nature. She paused and stepped to the side to let a trio of unicorns (a mother and two young colts) pass through the sliding door into the store before exiting herself. Her smile stayed in place but her eye twitched as she watched them pass by her. The mother smiled at her and she felt her stomach churn painfully in revulsion, "Good afternoon," she chirped. She smiled at the colts who smiled back. 'I hope you rot in Tartarus you sickening monstrosities'. She quickly walked away from the ugly confrontation, still with a smile on her face, and found a bench to stop at. She climbed onto it and sat down. With her teeth she pulled out a nondescript shopping list from her saddlebags. Laying it on the bench nect to her she pulled out a pen and began checking things off, "Let's see now... Eggs. Check. Milk. Check. Cabbage. Check. Sugar cubes. Oh dear, I forgot the sugar cubes." She briefly considered heading back to retrieve the forgotten confections but on looking over at the shop noticed two more groups of unicorns entering. Her ears twitched, eager to fold back in rage, but she contained herself and chose to forget the sugar cubes for now. She'd never be able to contain herself in there and she couldn't risk being arrested now, not when her plan was just about to get rolling. She looked back at the list and looked at the next item, "Medical records of the recently deceased from Manehattan General. I knew there was something else I was supposed to do today." She giggled to herself at her clumsy memory before folding up the list and stuffing it back in her saddlebags. At the same time from her bag she retrieved a small brass egg... thing. She placed it on the ground and tapped her hoof next to it in a specific sequence, "talking" to it in Morse code. The egg popped open with a small puff of steam, unfolding into a mostly mechanical squirrel (a brain and some claws were all that remained of the original squirel) and clicked cheerfully at her. "Good little one," she cooed, stroking its cold metal back, "Mama needs a distraction for the police. Go cause some trouble, would you please?" She tapped out a few more words with her hoof and the brass squirrel nodded. It swiftly turned around and bolted down the street at a speed squirrels were not meant to go at. As her tiny minion went to cause mischief, Gearbox turned in the other direction, still smiing, and heading for the main hospital in Manehattan; Manehattan General. (Is there already a big hospital established?)
  14. Well shoot. That was the basic approximation of my idea. Hmmm, maybe I'll come up with something more original.
  15. First ever experience with hypnosis and I tried Applejack. I think I felt the hooves and I've had a greater appreciation for apples since then, so I'd call that pretty successful. Think I'm going to try Twilight next.
  16. I have frequently found that ponies help to make me feel better on a gloomy day. I have had particularly good results listening to the Smile song. It makes me squee.
  17. OC: Gearbox Faction: Villain Nickname: The Clockwork Surgeon Powers and/or Skills: Clockwork prosthetics give her increased strength; about half again as strong as Big Macintosh. Years of study have made her very smart. She can build clockwork minions and contraptions with great speed and enjoys practicing her surgical arts on captured civilians in her dark industrial stronghold, "improving" them. The large gear forming the bottom of her right forehoof splits into three wedges that act as a claw which can bite through steel. Costume: A light blue surgeon's suit and a blue headband.
  18. Just curious. I noticed this RP and was interested. Is it still open, or is this more like one of those "open" RP's meant for folks already in the know about what's going on? Like a predetermined group of friends or somesuch.
  19. Celest vult "Un pour tout, et tout pour une!" Frag out and my favorite... First they ignore you Then they laugh at you Then they fight you Then you win
  20. Is the Brony phenomenon the cancer of the internet? Hmmm... Absolutely! Cancer is a disease in which cells mutate into something new and abnormal, and if the internet (or the world in general) was a body (a grey, horrible, and joyless body), then bronies would be a rampaging plague of biblical proportions. Side effects of Brony Cancer may include: rainbows, smiles, cupcakes, and an unbelievable tenacity in the face of adversity.
  21. I am partial to the Homestuck fandom in addition to MLP. Other than that, I'm pretty much just a furry. I approve of most things anthropomorphic. (Though I am not very fond of Pokemon, Digimon, and all the other -mons).
  22. I would marry Twilight Sparkle, mostly because I never have anything to say (I'm a very quiet person) but I love to listen, and Twilight always has something to say, at length, and in detail. There's also the appeal of being married to royalty, but I'd try not to let it go to my head. (Is Twilight royalty?)
  23. If they do make a G5, I would like to see some more nations than just Equestria. Maybe explore the zebra culture, or the griffins. I would also like to see some male cast. Spike and Big Mac are great, but both are treated almost as inferiors. It would be a good idea (in my opinion) to have a more gender equal mane cast.
