I'm rather open about my addiction to the fandom, but that's mostly because the group of friends I hang out with are Bronies/Pegasisters as well. I don't really mind the opinions of others when it comes to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, but when trolls start to attack, I get a bit upset and don't want to share my personal opinion with anyone outside of my group. That normally doesn't last too long because I'm always able to turn to my fellow Bronies/Pegasisters for confidence. That's one of the best parts of my group of friends both on the Internet and in real life. By the end of the day, I'm still proud to be a Pegasister and it's because of the confidence they've given me. I don't think that anyone should be ashamed of liking something that others do not. Hasbro may have assumed that only little girls would watch the show, but that certainly does not mean that My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is reserved for a specific audience. Never be ashamed of who you are!
