      I know movies mean animation upgrades but Arnold doesn't look very good even by early 2000's

      standards.

      I think most people already know that it was originally supposed to be a TV movie called Arnold Saves the Neighborhood. However, Nick wanted to ride on the success of the Rugrats theatrical movies by forcing Craig Bartlett to release the movie to theaters... and we all know how that turned out. :mlp_wat:

      @Sparklefan1234 Adding to your animation comment, only the three main kids and the main villain got shading and highlights while all the other characters are just flat colored. It looks quite jarring if you ask me. :mlp_blink:
