    Seriously, who came up with the idea of football and baseball teams sharing the same stadium?

    The 60s and 70s were a weird time. :huh:

      Not a sports person but isn't that a good idea? Stadiums take up a lot of room that could be used for housing or other stuff having different stadiums for different sports would use up more land and resources  using the same stadium also means they could get more use out of it. With cost of building a stadium I am sure they want to get as much use out of it as possible.

      Wow I did not realize how impractical having a dual use stadium for those two sports are I assume it would work with sports that share the same type of field though. The foul lines or whatever it is called might be a problem though.
