      FIM was that for me when I joined the fandom (though I admittedly haven't watched it much after it ended). It made a good day even better, was something to look forward to on boring days, and even on bad days, it made me feel better for 20 minutes. :rarity:

      And I'll watch racing when it's on, regardless of how I'm feeling. :fluttershy:

      I don't read it very often, but I've enjoyed most of the stories I've read. :twi: But there are certain types of MLP fanfics I'd always avoid – I'll just say some stories and portrayals don't suit the characters at all. :mlp_blink:
