  1. Yeah, pretty much my basis. On a side note, I just did a 30 minute session with Queen playing in the background. I don't know what happened, but I got a huge euphoric wave and some sort of spotlight started shining through. I really hope that's some progress.
  2. Nice; if I was to use a humanized Tavi, this would be one of the bases for me.
  3. Funny, I'm basing the appearance off Octavia also! I'm still not sure if want a pony or human form though.
  4. Haha, I find it kind of funny that we're using similar inspirations to make tulpas. Question: is your tulpa based upon a preexisting pony?
  5. I used the term satirical myself to describe a type of humor with slight cynicism in her tone. Kind of like Han Solo, if you can imagine.
  6. I think adding a few negative traits will help create a more round tulps. Besides, I could imagine hanging around something that was always "perfect"
  7. Well here's the page I used to help fill in the gapshttp://cte.jhu.edu/techacademy/web/2000/kochan/charactertraits.html
  8. No probemo, take your pick: opinionated .peaceful .polite .rational .responsible witty confident cultured I have loads more if you need I think I read somewhere that personalities don't stop developing even after finishing the steps, so I wouldn't worry about having a flat tulpa.
  9. Oh man does "naturally" help out, that's when I get those shivers.
  10. What I do is basically say the trait, then elaborate upon it. Also, it's advised to directly address your tulpa to gain sentience quicker. (i.e. You are kind-hearted as you have trust in others. Your optimism towards so and so also affects your kind-hearted nature.")
  11. Don't worry, things will fall in place, it just takes different amounts of time depending on each person. Just keep trudging forward and you'll get something soon enough!
  12. What I do to help remind of my tulpa is talking to it while I drive to work, places, etc. That symbol thing might help a lot.
  13. Ah yes, the ultimate question, "Am I parroting?"Honestly, I think that if you aren't putting total concentration to mimicking movements, it won't be a huge problem. Then again, I'm no experts on tulpaforcing, so it's only my opinion.
  14. What I plan to do for visualization that might be handy is to find a picture of the general structure of the body and study that for 10-20 minutes. Looking at a picture before visualization might leave a clearer picture in your mind, at least that's what I hope.
  15. Ah cool, cool. I can't really concentrate on a single trait for half an hour each, so I'm doing a lot more traits for 10 minutes each and developing more on them in groups each session
  16. Not yet, though that sounds like a good idea. One question, has your tulpa become vocal yet? And how much time did you spend on personality before moving onto visualization?
  17. Yeah, I'm hoping for more of a response from mine within the next few weeks. All I get are those shivers and a slight headache when forcing.
  18. I use a type of audio aid called theta tones (triggers the part of the brain known for creating hallucinations) and that's when I get the most response. I'm not sure if it's an emotion breaking through, my tulpa gaining sentience, or me just getting crazier; it does, however, feel alien to me, so I'm hoping for the first or second option to be true.
  19. Half Hello Kitty? That's strange, my bag was Rainbow Dash on both sides.
  20. I'm nearing the 10 hour mark and the only oddity I've had was weird shivers while tulpaforcing.
  21. Most of my conversations with my dad go like this nowadays: Me: "Dad, I'm heading off to the store." Dad: "Getting another Rainbow Flash?" Me: "IT'S DASH, DAD, DASH!" But in all seriousness, be vague if you want to stay anonymous.
  22. Bronies in Sacramento must not know that, 'cause when I went for the blindbags at my local Toys R Us, a majority of the bags were torn open. At least they didn't steal them.
