Aaight, looks like you need R.D. to give it to you straight. I got this. Your proportions are WAY off, but they look like they've gotten better. Copying stuff from the show and just drawing pony stick figures helped me a lot. Second, they look really rigid. Like I said, do quickie gesture drawings, a lot of 'em. And I think you need to know your program (whatever it is) better, for that, find tutorials. I tried paint tool SAI, and I couldn't draw with it either. Other than that... Your OC is cool, but I think the eyes and the cutie mark should match.
