      Just look at how he's written: As needed. Nothing consistant about him most of the time. Happens to other characters too, yes, but he's just "used" for horribly executed comic relief or when another character seems to be inappropriate. And while other characters have goals, what exactly is it what he wants? Aside from being needed I mean.
