    You and me both, brother xD So yeah, um, it's clearly getting quite heated in there... uhm... Where is this line of which needs to be drawn guys? I want to know because I'm unsure how to respond right now. x3

    ^ Lol he's pointing up to nothing. x3 Anyway, yeah. I did it. The move hath been made, and now we see the true colors of the characters.

    Bass was caught off guard by the move of the stallion, but didn't pull away, as much as he thought he'd pull away, he didn't... couldn't. Something about the unicorn staring deeply into his eyes held him there... fixed on those deep purple irises. Without a word, Bass simply closed his eyes, and pulled the unicorn into a kiss. He didn't know what was happening, he had no train of thought, everything just vanished... all there was was there and now.

    Bass nodded with another slight smile. "Alright, I'll just do this real quick.." He levitated a disk out of the now grounded bag, and set the mixer on the desk, to play the first track. He used his magic to begin operating the device, still facing directly away from Kaz. "Here we go, and.." Just then the first track began to play, but it wasn't the track he intended. It was much slower, and calmer. Almost romantic. Bass immediately blushed, and began to turn to apologize about the mixup... but no words came out.

    "Well, it's not a bad place you got here," Bass said trying to break the silence, without being overbearing. He was standing next to unicorn, waiting to go inside, and there were some thoughts going through his mind, for sure. "Aw jeez, Bass, what are you doing? Do you even roll like that? Is this wrong? Why do you suddenly feel like this? Easy... just play it cool, and things will be fine, you're gonna show him your music, and just hang out... right?"

    Just then, Bass bent down as well, and moved to retrieve the fallen keys for his White counterpart, when their hooves met, and he looked up right into Kaz's eyes. Quickly, he pulled his hoof back and mumbled, "Oh, I see you got them, heh. My bad." He turned away slightly, showing the ever slightest sign of embarrassment.

    Bass laughed once again, this time at the stallion's playfulness, and kept up pace behind him as they went along toward Kaz's apartment. The whole time, Bass was thinking to himself, "Well, buddy, never thought I would be in a situation like this. I think this dude likes me, like not in a fanboy way, but more than that or something... or maybe he is just nervous... He did say how much of a fan he is... Hmph, I guess we'll just have to see what happens, man."

    Bass chuckled at the pony following him, but it was barely audible. They made their way down the street without another word- his motel really was that close. "Well, we're here, I'll just grab my stuff and be right back." Bass said with a half smile. This night really did seem to improve once he got away from the crowded club. Odd, normally it's the other way around. He trotted quickly into the motel, and threw on his saddlebag, and put the mixer in there as well. He then returned to the awaiting unicorn, and said fairly cheerfully, "Got my wub maker right here, ready to go?"

    Bass shook his head slowly as he responded, "Nah, it's right down the street. Won't take long." He turned to begin walking in that direction, and added relatively nonchalantly, "Follow me. Oh, and in case it matters, I thought you looked real slick in that suit; that club just doesn't know what they're missing without us."

    Bass slowed to maintain pace with Kaz, and asked back, "Getting to your place? Well, first I should probably stop by my motel room, and pick up my saddlebag of disks and my portable mixer, then I suppose we can just walk to your place where I can show you the demos, if that sounds cool with you." Bass, also noticed the excitement in Kaz's eyes which caused him to smile a bit, but didn't notice that he'd gotten closer.

    Bass continued following the now running unicorn next to him, and contemplated his words. "Bassie? He thought to himself. Either he's super friendly, or he may go bot-" He cut his train of thought off, and looked up to the pony running next to him. "I'm not very hungery. So I guess we can chill at your place for a bit, or something. Maybe I can give you a sneak peak of some of my newest tracks before I release them. Sound cool?" As he spoke, he panted. After all, running and talking at the same time isn't normally something Bass did often.

    I agree with Kaz. I feel like, when I brought the club idea up, everyone rushed and assumed I meant for night, but I had the idea of a midday show anyway, but oh well. I suppose I could have made that clearer.

    "Oh, alright. I guess, if you're sure." Bass said, visibly seeming relieved. He looked around, and began to follow the white unicorn out of the club. He looked up to him as they walked, and decided to add, "Thanks for being so cool tonight dude. I don't normally act like this, just the stress has been building for a while..." As they exited, he continues, "So where did you have in mind we go?"

    Bass pondered the question a bit, and after a moment spoke back somehow. "I'm not gonna take away from your fun just cuz I'm not doin' too well, plus you still need to find your mare... don't you?" Bass asked, and managed to crack a smile, albeit an entirely fake smile. "This dude's been real friendly tonight. I haven't had a real good friend since I left Canterlot. Hmm.."

    "Kaz?" Bass asked, as he turned to see the pony shouting at him. His frown lessened at the sight of the unicorn. He sighed as Kaz approached him. "No, sorry to shatter your hopes, but there's no paparazzi here, as far as I'm aware. Heh, I just went up to that mare like you suggested, and something went wrong. She seemed like she was in a hurry to get out of there as soon as I walked up. You know, this is what happens when you aren't on the social scene for so long. Tours are quite exhausting, dude. Sometimes, I just wanna slow down a bit." He peered around, and saw that although his mood dropped, the club's did not, and ponies were still having a great time all around him. "Hmph."

    I was just following what Kaz said to do, x3. But Now, Bass is alone in the club... Poor him xD I guess things just aren't gonna go his way this night, lol

    Haha, I know, I did that gif before I revectored for my Avatar. I may do it again with his "DJ face" on x3 Anyhow, thank you for the awesome compliment!

    Thank you as well, I plan to keep working on it! I agree, the third one, and the Griffon are my two favorites. :3 I should have more out soon, too.

    Well, now that the pony he had gone to meet had left without him even getting a chance to properly introduce himself, Bass's attitude deflated. "Well, I suppose you scared her off. Good goin' dude." He let out a very audible sigh, and realized he lost sight of Kaz. "Aw jeez. Now I'm alone again." He said to himself. He just stood there, by the bar, looking around the room, to see if he could spot his unicorn counterpart, and thought to himself. "Perhaps I should just leave. I wanted to talk to the DJ, but the show's not nearly over and I do not feeling like sticking around like this."

    Well I had to just fabricate the hairstyles naturally... make them up on my own, based on how the reference portrayed the hairstyle. Thanks for the compliment, too!

    Bass let out a little laugh. "It's alright." He then notices the other ponies next to her. "Oh shoot, did I interrupt something? I'm sorry if I did. I just wanted to come say hi, and that I couldn't help but notice how cute you were." Bass still maintained his grin, but he could tell that he was going to quickle lose his composure if he doesn't get a positive response.

    "You know what, Kaz. I may just go introduce myself." Bass said with his big grin. By now, he almost completely tricked himself into acting like he's on stage, and he felt great. He finally turned toward her, and with out thinking anymore about it, walked over to her. He made sure he got her attention, and spoke up. "Hey there" is all he says, the grin still on his face. "I wonder if she'll recognize me." He thinks. @,
