Wow, you're drawings are pretty darn good for just getting a tablet! Better than mine were, for sure! x] I like to think I'm doing better than then though!

I know I'm double posting, but I couldn't find any rule against this, and I have another piece I'd like to add to this list. I just finished this OC today, in keeping with my goal of "One picture a day" to get back into the habit of drawing. I called her Bundt Cake. Yes, I know her cutie mark isn't actually a bundt cake, but what am I gonna do? Haha, and no, she is in no relation to the Cake's. The picture is hosted on my Tumblr. And I particularly feel like i messed up the eyes, but oh well. Comments? Criticisms?

Haha, Nice! I always sketch my things out on paper, and then get the picture onto my PC for drawing. I can't sketch with my tablet, yet. xD Well best of luck to you! ^ ^

Haha, I didn't say I didn't like it. I just said it seemed apparent to be drawn by Mouse. And wow, 270? And it broke? That's a lot! And Yes, Tablet drawing takes a lot of getting used to. You gotta really find a way to get it to work for you. I just recently figured out a way to get my linework to look like I wanted with it.

Oh I was wondering, because your line-work hinted toward mouse drawing. Not that it's bad, because honestly, it is probably better than I could do without my tablet. I use a Bamboo Pen and Touch that I got earlier this year for around 60-80 USD I believe. Relatively cheap. I haven't had any issues with mine so far, but yeah I understand how that would get frustrating. Still, if you choose not to use a tablet, like Sir Flutter Hooves said, just keep practicing and you'll improve!

You wouldn't happen to have drawn with a mouse would you? I understand you may not have tons of money to blow, but i would certainly suggest picking up a graphics tablet to use next time. It will help wih the lines due to the pressure sensistivity. They're good for starting out though!

Awh, thanks! I like to feel like I am improving my artwork. And yes, I love my final one specifically. I spent a good four hours on it from start to finish. I hadn't really tried lighting and shadows before, so I was out on a limb for that one, too.

I chose other. Although I enjoy a few of those games, the only game I really, truly got into, while understanding what was happening was Halo. Every other game I played I was usually too young to care, or was a sport game, like Madden. I usually didn't hardcore game until a few years ago. All of them, yes, even Wars, and ODST, I enjoy. I love the Halo Universe, the story, the characters, plus I loved messing around with my buddies in Halo 3's legendary custom games. Ahh, good times. I also got pretty far into Reach's multiplayer, beat 4's campaign the day it came out, and built a few sweet custom maps in forge on Reach, and 3.

Hey all! I'm obviously new here. I go by the Name Bass Clef. I am an artist, musician, and just all around average ponyfan. I just recently got into the show. There is somewhat of a story about it, but it's late now, and quite frankly I don't have the motivation to go into detail. Heh, anyway You can find a picture of my OC here. Like I said, I am an artist and musician. I do play in a live band, as the bassist. I also play guitar, own a violin which I fail at, and attempt to do some digital composing. Well, I suppose that's enough for now so yeah. I hope to have fun here!

Hey all, I just thought I'd jump into the forum by posting some of my art, or attempted artwork anyway. I would love some feedback on this art, if possible, too. These are in chronological order of when they were done. First is Vinyl and Octavia Next are two unnamed OC's, but digitally done Now we have one of just Octavia, digitally. And this is one of just Vinyl, digitally. Lastly, we have my most recent work, completed today, of my OC, Bass Clef So, once again, feedback would be appreciated. I am relatively new to digital art, being I only got my tablet in the beginning of this year, and I haven't been practicing nearly as regularly as I should. Either way, I'm pretty proud of all these pieces.
