Lightning Bliss

Hehe thanks arky. Well I got inspired again, this time it's by two other alicorns im currently in an RP with. Frankly I avoid other alicorn OCs due to most of them are badly made, or badly backstoryed on, however with these two ponies I make an exception, they are O.K. for me! @, @@Pripyat Pony, @, "Then we should be set for tomrrow, that is unless you want to postpone the journey for a little while Raze?" She asked the zebra in an almost pleading way. "We can look for him tomrrow with the help of Steel's eyes and Clover's totem. But I think we ought to get some rest before Celestia rises the sun again...I don't think I could go another day with these hooves..." She lifted them up to show eveypony how viciously red underneath they looked. "Besides..." she put them down, "I think the Entity was weakened by my power and Blaze's encouragement to be released... I don't think...he gotten that far... Call me crazy...but I just...feel it..." (OOC Btw Blaze and Pripya, I did this finally! @@Pripyat Pony, @, @, @purple.teal Bliss sat down and watched as Clover performed her stuff, feeling more then ever she now deserved to be back in a bed...That is if the hotel staff could fix their room in time before night fall. She looked to the others as Steel and Quickdraw confirmed the hair wasn't theirs. She didn't know if it was the magic that came from her not too long ago, or the fact everypony seemed to stop fighting, but she felt safe enough with them being around, and even mustered the nerve to speak to them. "Well now, I guess thanks to our little journey..." she giggled at the two stallions, "you're stuck with us now. Maybe it's destiny you two are coming along with us...But we are still shy Blaze... Is there any chance the two of you have good tracking means to find him while Clover makes her spell? The sooner morning rises the better and we need all the help we can get."

@, "Good question," Bliss walked up to the hair eagerly. "Well...I did wash up earlier in our room...Surely this hair will have a significant scent." She sniffed the hair from a distance at first, "hmm..." she got closer, sniffing even harder, "hmmm...." Once more she got a good strong whiff... "*CHOKES* Gah...yup that is not me..." She rubbed her nose, "it has the scent of charcoal on it...If it were me, it would probably smell like pony powder and sea breeze soap."

@@purple.teal, @@Pripyat Pony, @, "Though I'm all for finding Blaze as soon as possible," Bliss began as she started to search the roof alongside, "I think Everlast is right Clover...We should all try to get a bit of rest otherwise we'll be useless against the Entity when we find him...I admit even though my magic seemed to help, I feel exhausted from the effects...But I think thats' just a sideeffect from feeling at complete and unyeilding peace for a time. If it's one thing I noticed my magic is good at, it's helping you relax and give you clarity..." Her legs were just as wobbly as Everlast's as she searched the roof. A small gentle smile crossed her face realizing that her magic actually was being 'useful' for once in their situation. It certaintly wasn't meant for battle...but to diffuse a situation it was defiently good at. As she scaned the roof top, she went to the specific area where Blaze had her and Hurricane trapped in his fire dome, wondering if it were possible a feather or hair might have fallen. "You see anything Hurricane?" Bliss asked her as she crouched closer, sniffing the concret.

@@Pripyat Pony, @@purple.teal, Bliss nearly toppled over at the eager hug of Clover, but she could merely hug back while replying as she went to hug on Hurricane as well. "We don't know where he's teleported..." Bliss said feeling guilty, "I was able to reach the real Blaze though...He's trapped within his own mind by that dark entity...I think my magic of peace was able to awaken Blaze enough...because now the Entity looks to have weakend. It panicked and ran...or well teleported...However I suspect he couldn't teleport far...and may still be in the city." At that she turned to Everlast and gently touched his horn with her own. It felt funny touching another unicorn's horn with her own, it was almost like touching hooves...but more sensitive...and...it seemed to have an affect on them both...like they were just about to share some indepth magic with each other. A few seconds passed and nothing happened... "Huh...strange...I could have thought that-AH!" Her eyes suddenly glew brightly again, followed by a familiar aura of light spurting forth from the tip of her horn. It traveled down into Everlast's horn, and in a strange mixture of magic, began combining with his purple aura as well...Together both the magics united together and traveled throughout Everlast's body...seeming to restore balance to his own being...Then finally his whole body began to glow with his own magical auroa...till finally it faded away...and the magic of Blissy's came out of him...back to its owner. "Huh...that was...different..." she rubbed her head, not out of pain but a slight embrassement. It felt like she and Everlast had an odd link to each other even if only for a moment. "Do you...feel any better?"

@@purple.teal, @, Bliss smiled to see most if not everypony seemed to be in one piece, though she noticed Everlast had a distinct singeing scar on his cheek. There wasn't much she could do about that, but she did have faith that...if Everlast's powers were effected by the same magic potion that restrained her own, then surely her magic was strong enough to release it. "Everlast?" She trotted up to him apologetically, "i'm sorry...we did try...me and Hurricane...we tried to stop the entity... But yes he has your books and he's got Blaze's body for a hostage...We can't continue our journey without your books...or your help. Is your magic still under restraint? If it is... I...I think my magic of peace might be able to dis-spell it....It's hard to explain...but I think that the poision is causing...I guess as my magic senses it...an 'imbalance' in your being...If I'm right...if we touch horns...At least I hope..." she rubbed her head beginning to ramble, "I hope that...if we touch horns, it will be enough for my magic to sense the blockage and remove the spell."

Oh god she loves rainbows, then she'd love being friends with Lightning Bliss!! Well since all I got is that she likes rainbows and likes to fly and I know nothing about her cutiemark or talents, all I can come up with is... Spectra Skies Kaleido Soars Color Sky Joy Rainbow Sky Delight

@, @, @@purple.teal,@@Pripyat Pony, "I don't think we're far, I can see the hotel from here out the window," Bliss pointed out again, "we need to get back to the others and see if we can't get that Quickdraw and maybe that Steel to help us find Blaze...He's battling that...that whatever it is all by himself. He needs us Hurricane..." she placed a friendly hoof on her shoulder, "not only that...but the Entity also has all of Everlasts books on Star Swirl the Bearded... Whatever he's planning it can't be good. He must be stopped." She then looked up to the ceiling and spotted daylight, it was nothing some flying couldn't handle. "Come on, we're burning daylight!" She leapt off the ground and fluttered through the opening, and turned around to get her barrings. Once she spotted the hotel she began flying towards it. She could easily spot the penthouse, still broken up and obviously being inspected by a mortified hotel manager. But then she spotted their comrades, Steel, Quickdraw, Clover and Everlast, all seeming to still be disoriented from the flash Blaze did to them, not to mention more likely worried. "Hey everypony!" She called out, "over here! Over here!" She waved to them as she made her descent.

@, @, As soon as the entity teleported away, taking their Blaze with him...the light within Bliss along with the realm of peace seemed to fade away. She was slowly lowered to the ground, the rainbow light of the realm fading back to what was the factory...Once her golden hooves touched the ground, her magic subsided. She stummbled a moment, feeling a bit weak but full of clarity and certainty. "The magic did work..." Bliss smiled a big, though she was crying, "the magic of peace reached Blaze. He's more self aware now. The entity within him will have a harder time controlling him now. But we have to find him Hurricane..." she turned to the black pegasus and hugged her. "You were so amazing! So brave! You were willing to put your dagger away and try to help Blaze through peaceful actions! That's more powerful then any form of violence!" The alicorn sobbed on the black pegasus for a second before pulling back. She looked at her hooves and her shoulder, they appeared to have stopped bleeding but still needed bandaging and treatment with some ointments. But it appears to her relief, that the realm of magical peace seemed to persuade even her own body to be peaceful during its healing process. For that she was grateful...but still saddened that the Entity that captured Blaze was still at large. "Even though we both had the power to help Blaze," she let go of Hurricane and stepped towards a window to peer out, "the entity managed to get away... You see my magic only works if the pony or being chooses to accept it... It's meant to help us, not force or falsify the truth of what we want. Everypony deserves to choose whether or not they wish for peace in their lives. Blaze wanted to be at peace and wanted to be free, the Entity did not..." She turned to Hurricane then, "in Blaze will have the true power to release himself, but that doesn't mean we can't help him... If i can use or...tap into my magic like this again...If I can... I need to touch him more...I remember feeling a connection when I touched his chest... I felt Blaze's presence...like I was touching his hoof...his soul..." She looked out the window once more and was able to spot the hotel easily to her relief. "We should get back to the others, and tell them what's happened." She walked back to Hurricane and spotted an opening in the ceiling where they could fly out.

@, (OOC ok here comes my blissy magic, is all about peace, and bringing out the best in all of us, so I do hope this will bring our Blaze back to the real world lol, or at least weaken the bad guy!) Hurricane took a step forward, with her dagger in mouth ready to battle the villianous firy conjured snakes, when Lightning Bliss blocked her with one of her wings. "Play me" "No...no more fightning...No...more..." her voice seemed to echo similar to how Princess Luna would react...when she tapped into a potent powerful magic. Then...in a swift motion of light seeming to beam out of her chest like it finally found its insperation to glow...came soaring up through her. It was rainbow in color and bright as the sun, traveling up her neck, up to her horn... Once there...her eyes began to glow brightly...and the magic within seemed to lift her up gently as the room around them all began to flash with peaceful...beautiful colors of the rainbow light. It was almost as if all three ponies were submerged in a new realm that looked similar to that of the alicorn demntion, but more heavenly and filled with serenity and peace. As the room began to shine more...so did Bliss's horn seem to admit brighter into a glow, slowly traveling down her body and turning herself into a pure light. "There's no need for hate here...or fear...there is only us...and the peace within our minds..." Her voice seemed to be talking to everypony and no pony. "What...is going...on?" Hurricane darted around as she observed the brilliant neon colors...feeling both astonished, and inspired...with a sense of clarity. The fire serpents seemed to shrivel up and vanish as the light in the room grew brighter, and strong. There was no fire or burning here...no dampness of the factory...no horrid smells...Just the peaceful serenity that came from within the Alicorn of Peace, being fed by all who wished for the same. Hurricaneput her dagger away, feeling there was no need for it anymore. "Look inside yourself Blaze..." she spoke to the soul of Blaze...not the entity who controlled him...but Blaze himself, "reach out with your mind...your hooves...and find that peace within you...That is stronger then any being who wants war and violence...Sweet songs of youth...the wise...the meeting of all wisdom...believe in the good in yourself...believe in the good in yourself...believe in the good in yourself..." She repeated over and over for several seconds...then floated towards the stallion alicorn...her eyes fading to normal but the serenity and atmosphere continued to sparkle with a peaceful light. She touched his chest and smiled to him, "You are strong Blaze...he knows you are...If you choose not for violence...then come out...and be at peace with your body once more...I am here...and I believe in you...and I am here as a friend...here to make peace with you."

@, Bliss shivered as Blaze's words seem to be targeting her. He was right in what he said...her friends, husband and family always defended her when it came to her protection. She never did like fighting...she did her best to avoid it all her life... Then it came to her...Why am I always like this? Why do I have to be afraid to fight all the time...? "BLISSY FOCUS!" Hurricane forced her eyes open, "Don't listen to him! He's just trying to spook you into submission!" "Gah..." Bliss continued to shake, crouching down and nearly rolling into a ball as Blaze continued his birraze of words to make her feel feeble and weak. Why am I doing this...why...why can't I just...be braver...? "YOU HAVE TO STAND UP AND FIGHT HIM BLISS! DON"T YOU SEE??" Hurricane snapped at her. "No..." Bliss finally answered. "No???!!! He'll hurt you!" Hurricane snorted at her, "are you mad? Why aren't you protecting yourself??? TELL ME WHY?!" "Because...I'm the alicorn of peace..." Bliss finally answered, "pease...is...such a fragile thing... Just like me... It's so hard to protect...so hard to keep going...Just like you Hurricane..." "Like me??? What are you talking about?" "You're protecting that peace...right now... You're willing to risk your life for peace...for me...You...you're so brave..." Hurricane blinked at the alicorn, never really thinking about who she was really protecting. Then to her surprise, Bliss stood up and stood next to her, firmly though obviously nervous. "I'm the Alicorn of Peace Blaze...no...evil entity that has a hold on Blaze..." Bliss said nervously but firmly, "Peace is a fragile thing to protect...I am fragile myself...I may easily be broken too...but as long as their a flicker of peace within us all...It will never be broken or shattered..." She extended her wings out, and stepped between Hurricane and Blaze. "I will not fight you...Peace will prevail... I believe in the magic of harmony and justice...I believe in the true light of the sun and night...I believe in Peace over War... I believe the peace within Blaze will prevail...And the magic of that peace will prevail...and be set free...within me..."

@@Bada3oom Box, Blight turned in shock to see that hers and Blissy's mind was somehow invaded by another vampire. "Im-Impossible!" Blight shrieked in frustration, "Lightning Bliss isn't a full fledged vampire! She's still alive and in pony form so how could you invade her mind??" Then she looked at her master Seth, calculating how it infact worked with each others mind-melts. But it was clearly obvious to her, they were master and apprentice, they could merge minds because they were interlinked by blood...However Badaboom would have to linke with a vampire in order for the mind melt to work...unless... "Of course..." Blight's frustrated frown turned to a villianous smile, "my poweress is so dominating in Bliss's body...that my mind is stronger then hers now and is giving off more vampieric stamina by the minute!" She grinned with delight and glared at her uncouncious better half, seeming to be tied up by darken ropes. "So sad...the great and powerful Princess of Peace...can't even keep control of her own mind..." "Blight...enough..." Bliss groaed and forced herself awak, slowly lifting herself up. Blight merely watched as the smaller alicorn rose, still grinning with confidence. "You haven't won yet..." "No I suppose not...however I don't like this intrusion of Boom entering our...I mean... My domain..." Blight pointed to the earth pony vampire then. Bliss turned to see infact she was being mind raped by multiple vampires at this point. Her eyes shrunk in horror seeing Boom here. "If...if you're here...then...then that means my body is near...you and... Oh no..." Bliss gulped and sat down, weeping. "That's right sister... Boom is in possession of our body...And unless my master Lust can regather us back and away from her...She'll more likely have her way with us when the Bloodmoon rises soon tonight..." Blight snarled and stomped towards Boom, "still think the prophecy is a lie? You stupid vampire...You're hardly worthy of the name... The time for vampire kind is upon us...and It is I along with SETH! That will finally rule our kind...and the streets of Equestria will run with rivers of blood...and all will know the day...when prophecy fortold that a Vampire Princess failed to do her duty...and died at the hands of the true Vampire Lord! ME!!! AHAHAHAHhA" Bliss continued to weep as she watched her darker self continue to mock Boom. This was dropping down the gaultent for her now...One way or another she was going to be a victiem of a vampire ritual...It didn't matter who at this point...she was the losing pawn in this game.

@I Blaze I, @Houndoom, Bliss sensed the teleport but was unable to do anything about it, she could only hold on to Hurricane and be wisked away. She then found herself, still clutching to Hurricane's side, standing on firm but damp ground. The air was thick with decay of old metal and wood, and the sounds of bats and creepy crawlies filled her ears. The senses were more then enough to tell her they were no longer outside, and defiently not in the hotel. She slowly opened her eyes, they were blurry and still stung, but they were slowly improving. But to her horror, she realized she and Hurricane were alone with Blaze...and he was coming right at her. "Come on Lightning, let's see what the Princess of Peace has to offer." She heard him say...forcing her to step back nervously. "STAY AWAY FROM HER!" Hurricane snarled and darted between the two ponies. She pulled out her knife, holding it tightly in her mouth, though her eyes were still shut from the blinding light. Every time she attempted to open them, they stung and watered like crazy. It would take several minutes for her to recover. "Leave her alone! She's hurt and without magic! YOU COWARD! FIGHT A PONY WHO CAN AT LEAST DEFEND HERSELF!" "Hurricane!!!" Bliss whinnied and tried to limp to her side, but her arm was dripping with blood. Her hooves were still sore...and her magic...still fighting the poision off in order to be released...But it didn't look like it would happen in time... (OOC At some point, may I finally be allowed to show my alicorn powers? Like during this time? Surely now is a good time to release Blaze of his mind imprisonment? XD)

@, @, (OOC It's all good with me I suppose, and since Houndoom left me in charge with her OC, i guess she's along for the ride lol) "MY EYES!" Bliss whinnied and pulled back, nearly centering herself into the doom shield made of fire. "Darn it Blaze!" Hurricane whinnied as she tried to feel around, hoping to grab Lightning by the hoof. She managed to find something similar to that of flush and clutched it firmly. "Bliss? Is that you??? ERRR, what's happening???! WHERE IS THAT STUPID STALLION!" She began swatting with her other hoof, trying to defend herself along with the smaller white princess. "I don't know! I can't see!!!! It hurts!" Bliss held tightly to Hurricane's side with one hoof while trying to block her eyes with the other. The book strap was still firmly tied to her neck and stomach. "Help! SOMEPONY!" She shrieked.

(OOC Sorry mistake on the names here I mean Hurricane NOT Blaze lol) Hurricane had little time to look up in shock as the sword came flying down upon her, but aburptly just as she was expecting the sword to strike her down, she felt a hard thud go against her back, slamming her out of the way. She turned around, rubbing where she was hit, to see that it was Lightning Bliss who had flew to her aid, pushing her out in the nick of time, but her shoulder seemed to had been sliced in the process. "GAH!" Bliss clutched her shoulder, it was a deep gash, the blood soaking into the strap she had tied around her torso and neck. "Are...you ok Hurricane?" Bliss asked the black mare who came to her rescue. "This dome! It's made of fire! How did you get in here..??? I can't even risk flying through without catching fire!" "You were in trouble... I had to stop him," Hurricane answered back like it were obvious. She then took Bliss by her good shoulder and encouraged her to fly behind her so she could get between her and Blaze. "Coward...what do you even want with Lighnting Bliss? She has no powers anymore! You obviously kept her from using them so she's helpless against you!" "Don't..push him..." Bliss dipped under a bit, she was losing a fair amount of blood, "he's not Blaze...he's a monster..." She looked back behind her, through the firey dome Blaze created and spotted Everlast seeming to be chained down by chains made of fire. A part of her felt she had to risk trying to burst through the dome to help him...but as she inched closer, the heat from the dome kept her at bay. "So hot...it's so hot..."

@, @, Bliss was blinded by the flare, unable to jump out of the way sensing that Blaze was about to risk teleporting himself along with her in his magical escape. Once she reopened her eyes, she found herself still clinging to the book bag. The strap had been torn clean off thanks to hanging on so tight. To her surprise though she realized they weren't alone, Steel managed to find them with realtive ease. We must not have teleported far...She looked down over the edge of the building and realized quickly they were on the hotel rooftop. She could see the shattered glass on the balcony of the Penthouse clear as day. She then darted her gaze back to the two stallions. Both had pulled out their swords, locked in a duel like stance. What now Bliss? What do you do now? She thought hard. "Why would Blaze risk bringing me out here...he could have teleported himself with the books couldn't he?" She whispered to herself as she clutched the book bag. "No...that isn't Blaze...that...whatever spirit within him is the culprit...and whatever he's doing here...he wants the magic secrets of what Star Swirl the Bearded was after...I have to get the books back to the others without being spotted!" While the two stallions seemed distracted, she quietly as possible, fluttered up into the sky and slowly hovered towards the edge of the roof. "Please don't let him spot me Luna..." she gulped as she made it over the edge and estimated how far she needed to decsend down to the balcony.

On Oct 17th, it will have been almost a year since me and my husband, flew from Germany after going through the USA Embassy to have him move here, and he's lived here in the states with me. It feels like only a few weeks ago that we've been married, and yet our first annivarsary is coming on on Dec 14th! Time certaintly has flown by...and not once have I lost any sensation in what I feel for him and our partnership. I love my husband so much, there are days I can't imagine going through life without him. He's my rock, my rationalization, my logic, my sense of focus, my insperation, my muse...I could go on.

@@Eloquence, "I suppose...if my magic has an interaction with the magic going on in that area..." she pondered after Star finished, "it would sense the misbalance of it all...maybe even neutralize it. But that's a lot of "ifs" here friends...I don't think we should just chance this on a whim?"

@@Bada3oom Box, Zecora felt immideatly helpless and more prey like then ever as Badaboom made her way closer to the slumbering alicorn. "What do you plan to do...mighty walker of night? Hurt Lightning Bliss? Or help her fight?" Zecora took a step protectively towards Bliss.

@, @@purple.teal, @, Bliss growled holding back her tears of the so mocking entity that was within Blaze's body. His words were painful and struck at the soure of her purpose in this world. But now wasn't the time to feel pain physically or mentally, the entity of Blaze, grabbed Everlast's books and looked like he was readying to teleport. "STOP HIM!" She whinnied and dashed, extending her wings out and crashed into the bigger stallion alicorn. She grabbed hold of the book strap he snatched away from Everlast and viciously began to pull back, "I won't let you...do this!" She firmly held her grasp and darted eyes between Everlast and Hurricane, "Help would be good now!"

@, Her body and anger seemed to take over her train of thought as Blaze bursted in to her room. "How dare you..." She snorted and turned on him, ready for anything, "it's one thing for you to belittle me...demon... and make me feel helpless to do anything to stop you...but dont you dare pretend that what I know isn't true!" She hopped up her stool and stomped right up to him. "The fact your gloating over the matter that my magic has been 'detained' for the moment just prooves my point. The real Blaze I met would care what happened to a fellow alicorn..." "Where is Blaze? What have you done with him? I want to speak to him! Not you!" She stomped in front of him, making one of her hooves gush out with blood once more. "If you won't let me speak to him, then get out of my room...Or i'll make you by mustang pony force if I have to..."
