    Most Hated Ponies ?

    in MLP:FiM Canon Discussion

    I know a lot of bronies are going to get pissed at me but my most hated pony is RainbowDash. I feel she is beyond stuck-up, has an ego that is about to explode, and has no redeeming value. She made a really bad impression on me in the beginning and I just can't "forgive" her.

     

    Now here are other characters I dislike:

     

    1. Cannot stand Snips and Snails. They really have no reason to be in the show in my opinion. I always fast forward the scenes they speak in >_<

    2. Scootaloo and AppleBloom because I just find them annoying.

    3.Mr. and Mrs. Cake

    4. Granny Smith. Just... So annoying.

    5. Babs

     

    Funny thing is, i don't hate you because you hate Dashie, even though its hard to not like her i guess different strokes for different folks. But...

     

    HOW IN THE MOTHER OF GOD CAN YOU HATE THIS ADORABLE LITTLE FILLY???!!!

    Now my least favorite pony list is as follows lol:

     

    1. Prince Blueblood
    2. Queen Chrysalis (good villain...i just don't like here /shrug)
    3. DT and SS (great antagonists that really help drive CMC stories, that doesn't mean i have to like them :P)

    Is it possible to have alicorn offspring for non-alicorns?

    Judging by that (very very verrrrry basic) data, it is technically possible but if we take into account multiple alleles, chromosomes, and/or environmental conditions (all or none of those things can play a part in alicorn offspring) It would most likely not be possible for non alicorn parents to produce alicorn offspring and if it is, the chances are 1 in a million.

    Dashie means a lot to me for a couple reasons:

     

    1. Her determination is kind of how i deal with things if i must beat them. I've had 6 day long arguments on reddit because i will not give the last word to them. I can get way to determined to win and have wasted a lot of time in those pointless arguments as to not let them win. I've also played one part of a game over 20 times trying to beat it (damn you VVVVVV) or spent half an hour on 2 sentences to make them perfect in a school paper.
    2. Her loyalty is something i strive to have one day. Before watching MLP i had a completely different mind set, i suppose you would say i just "grew up" over the last 2 years but i honestly believe a large part of it was also MLP. I can't really explain why but from episode one the element of loyalty stood out to me the most. So now i make it a point to be loyal to my friends, my countries original values (freedom, liberty, etc.), and my personal views in an argument. I gotta say since then my life has improved a good bit. So thanks Dashie :yay: 
    3. Her love for winning is something we share also, it may not be in the same category of things but i definitely hate to lose. Sometimes i think i take it a little to far but losing it something i can never accept.

    Most Hated Ponies ?

    I personally hate Lightning Dust, Prince Blueblood, Sunset Shimmer, Snips and Snails, DT and SS, Gilda, and Twist. 

     

    Lightning Dust was a good plot device and character (but i hate her for making dashie sad.  :angry: )

    Prince Blueblood was just an idiot.

     

    Sunset Shimmer is just an incompetent villain and her change of heart was straight up stupid.

     

    Snips and Snails have got to be clinically retarded.

     

    Gilda just rustled jimmies to much.

     

    Twist...i don't even know why i hate her i just do.

     

    I hate DT and SS because they are idiots, but they are good antagonists and plot devices that help move the story along and are one of the many reasons why CMC episodes are the best episodes. They serve a purpose but i still fucking hate them.

    If MLP had a lot of toilet humour jokes, would it still be succesful ?

    No it would not. Part of the shows charm is it relies on good plot-lines, clever jokes, and the occasional Simpsons type joke like this:

    If it just went full on Family Guy or American Dad type humor it would lose all of its charm. We all watch it, or at least i do, to get away from that type of humor for a while and just enjoy the good story and character development. If we wanted toilet humor we would go watch one of Seth MacFarlane shows.
