    If I may interject for a moment, there have been many stories in many science fiction and fantasy where a character that is "evil" seems to make a conscience choice to go bad, but was later revealed to have been under someones control at that time.It is possible that Luna was not in control. It is also possible that she wanted to be evil.

    But nothing in her character in the past 3 seasons even supports her acting that way. She's supposed to be very sure of herself, not all "Holy crap it's a famous pony whose work I adore!"

    I'm actually glad they no longer have the Elements of Harmony. It was becoming the answer to everything.

    I would not classify Dash as a "fangirl". If she was going to geek out over Daring Do, she would have been like that when she met the Wonderbolts.

    My wife and I both agreed that this is the first, and hopefully, only episode that we didn't like. We both had a problem with Rainbow Dash acting out of character for most of the episode. She wasn't even like that when she met the Wonderbolts, and went to the academy. another problem I had was that Daring Do is a real pony, and the books are based on actual events. I find it very hard to believe that all of this stuff, which should affect Equestria flies under the notice of Princess Celeastia? Hopefully the next episode will be better.

    Twlight's spells are the Sonic Screwdriver of MLP. There ids no problem it/they can't solve.

    I got excited at first when we saw Nightmare Moon. Even though it was only a flashback, I still liked it.

    The Mrs. and I got to watch both parts last night. We both liked it and a part of me is glad that they can not longer use the Elements of Harmony to solve the problems anymore. I'm not sure how I feel about a quest to find the 6 keys.

    beyond being very entertaining, My Little Pony Friendship is Magic also has a lot of lessons that you can learn. No matter what age you are.I am no exception to this lesson. I have learned things from the ponies that I never did learn any other way.Twilight Sparkle taught me what I already knew deep inside. That knowledge is the most powerful thing you can have. Pinkie Pie taught me to always see the bright side in everything and to always try to laugh. Rainbow Dash taught me to always try my best. Fluttershy taught me that kindness is a virtue, and not a weakness. Applejack taught me to be down to Earth. Rarity has taught me to find beauty in everything. These all that since we can all value.
