When Noble enters he gestures to the other seat and speaks in an apologetic tone. "I'm sorry to make our meeting place so dark and dreary but it was necessary to ensure my escape should this should get violent, i'm sure you understand... I wouldn't want to end up like those pirates after all, unlike them i have a sense of self preservation."

Strings sends their regards." After saying his piece, he drops the envelope in front of Noble... but it's addressed to Artorias. And with a seemingly forced smile and a slight bow, he goes about his work. "Have a good evening, Sir. Madame." (This is the letter.)

Hello everyone im applying with a character named Ice (Though shell be known as Strings by most ponies. (Even Ice is an alias.)) and i hope to enjoy interacting with you all.

Though sadly your correct i had anticipated going somewhere within range of the Underground Network, so i believe that i will have to leave Ice to keep my place safe." Gear then looks at Ice for a moment 'Ice don't let anypony who enters my house to leave in one piece' (Ice shows no sign of conformation but he turns around and moves toward the Arcane District abruptly.) before looking at Vickers. "i suppose that i wont be able to bring Vickers either... and i don't think that he would be able to keep up with the train either." 'Sorry Vickers but you cant come this time please keep the house in order for me and keep picking up my things while i'm gone' (Vickers looks a little put out for a moment but he sets the saddlebags that contain Gears things down beside her and follows after Ice) Gear puts on her saddlebags easily despite not using magic (It would ruin the spell.) and adresses Accord while doing so with a small smirk "If Ice wasn't very subtle then why did you run into him? And while your right about Vickers and especially Ice i think you might want to realign your assumptions about Ironheart. Just this year he managed to acquire his 100th sentient mark and they never even saw him." (Good attempt at humor Accord But she took your words at face value...)

(I'm feeling rather weird lately... i don't know why?)) Gear didn't even notice Dorado's remark as she was already immersed in the spellbook and studying the illusion spell, subconsciously folding up the table back into the pack along with her notebook so Vickers could bring it along. (He re-entered the room for a moment to put the pack back on his back before bowing politely to those left in the room and following Gear and Accord out.) Though she pulled her muzzle out of the book long enough to respond to Accord. "Hope its to your tastes then." 'Though i imagine that you wont like the more subtle suggestions in it.' (She's already suspicious that the book is more of an educative book for infiltrators. (Whether it is or it isn't.)) While on her way out she had figured out enough to attempt casting the spell, and though she didn't get it on the first try she had managed to cast it successfully by the time they had exited the tunnels and looked as if she was an earth pony. (Vickers is walking on the other side of her and holding the book open so she can read it.) 'Hmm lets see how long this spell lasts.' and she stops a few meters before Ice which has been waiting outside for us... and Accord still seems to be in his book. "Accord i think that you may want to put the book down for a moment before you run into Ice, its hardly a collision that you would enjoy very much..." (If you run into Ice's shield he wont take notice of you but Gear will move over to try and help you up.) (After Dorado exits the tunnels Ironheart will come exit them soon after and move up onto a nearby overhang so that he isn't within view, so any sight that you catch of him will be brief.)

Do we have to go in a costume cause i'm not really a dress up kinda guy...

Oh and its more like 2 mercenaries and a field scientist... is that a demotion?) Gear notices the spellbook and is a bit surprised. "Oh i had expected to get a crappy half written spell that i would have to improvise from... Though i am quite happy to receive an entire spell book." she quickly moves the book over to her table with her magic. (No Tradebacks!!!) Its far better not to question good fortune in Whitegold, inspect and over-analyze till you find a motive yes but don't pass up any advantage your given. "This book wouldn't happen to have a magic missile spell would it cause i've been looking for one of those....." she seems to find the title of the second book perplexing and hesitates before asking about it. "Umm is this one for Dorado? Hes the only one of us who seems to have a sense of fashion... or maybe Accord?" ' I'm a blacksmith i make weapons and armor... but i think making clothes is out of my line of expertise. '

' ) ( ' Heh knew she was an important one, skilled druids aren't common enough to waste after all. ' ) so Shadow (Relieved that he managed to hold the door open for the right ponies this time...) moved over to sit behind Evergreen (He made faint noise so she was aware of where he was.) so that he could listen to the plan. Though he was a bit annoyed by the callers trying to undersell what they had given up for those few gems, so he leaned in (Again making sure that she was aware of his movement.) and whispered in her ear in a low tone so it wasn't audible to anyone but her. "The wraith mare is unhappy and believes that Lady Fluttershy will be unhappy with the callers actions and thinks that selling bits of the forest will offend the Leige." ( ' Which it probably would. ' ) "The callers seem think that the gems are worth more than the portion of the forest that we are giving up... Ehh i think at least the wraith kinda silenced the young caller before he finished talking." After trying to inform her of the whole situation he stepped back and lazily lay down seemingly not paying attention to the proceedings. (But he is, hes just trying not to draw attention to himself. (He tried to inform Evergreen of the whole picture so that she knows the whole thing.))

Yah sadly almost nothing really been happening lately... So don't worry you didn't miss much at all.

Gear uses a faint tug of her magic to stop Accord from chewing on his hoof while addressing him. "Accord relax Tiara provoked you, you rose to the bait, she didn't like what she had caused. in the end neither of you are at fault so you have no need to be nervous, besides i hardly think that Whitegold is going to drop you from the lists of mercenaries because of a little 'bad behavior' their more practical than that." she then flips to a blank page near the front of her notebook and switches her attention to Dorado and Fancypants "It would be highly unreasonable to deduct your pay for something that you had no hoof in, if anything it would be reasonable to expect your share to go up. Though might we delay our departure for a moment longer i believe that one of our problems has yet to be solved (Sparks her horn to draw attention to it.) and i would like to avoid the pain that comes with breaking off someponys horn."

Gear having decided that the topic no longer had much to do with her had pulled out her notebook and reshaped a portion of the metal that Vickers had brought in into a small table to wright on. She had immediate flipped into her current project and immersed herself in her work, (Which to anyone but Gear would look like a bunch of random drawings and diagrams.) She was still keeping tabs on what the others where saying but she wasn't too interested in fighting with the "Merchant Queen" and while she figured that it was pointless (And a bit tactless.) to get in on it she was mostly in line with Accord... Though she would probably been less direct with the pony who had a fairly sizable control of the metal deposit. (Gear tends to like her metal intake going upward thank you.) So aside from gesturing at Fancypants to alert her when they were back to the main problem (She happened to dislike excruciating pain which she would most likely receive if she got her horn forcibly removed.) her only reaction to the argument was to sarcastically mumble (Low enough that only Dorado could pick up on it.) "Mares, mares your both pretty." (While i agree with you on Tiara's first impression you did come off a bit harshly Accord...) @, @, Everfree Tribes - Ghastly Gorge Scout Camp Shadow just laughs agreeably at Violets statement about it being a contest before making a counterpoint "Yah that's true the actual objective comes first but really whats the point of simply succeeding, no no no i aim to do more than simply succeed... Besides whats the harm in a little competition if it doesn't impact our objectives negatively it only keeps things entertaining and drives us to improve." (He's still holding open the door and glaring menacingly at anypony who tries to cut off Evergreen.)
