  1. And so it ends! Here's the final chapter to Equestria: A History Revealed! Loose Change wraps everything up in the conclusion to her magnum opus of the academic world! Check it out! Chapter 36: Conclusion - The Future and Beyond And the final Bibliography! Thanks to everyone who read and supported the fic! It really means a lot to me!
  2. I'm glad to hear it! I hope you continue to enjoy the story!
  3. I know I haven't updated this page in a while, but now that we're approaching the end, I thought of no better time to do so! Here's Chapter 35: Princess Twilight Sparkle – The Binding Lies, covering alicorn Twilight! And of course, be sure to check all the previous chapters beforehand if you haven't done so already! There's a Bibliography too, so don't forget to use that while reading!
  4. The new (long) release to Equestria: A History Revealed is here again! All of the buildup to the Equestrian Civil War finally is about to pay off! Here's the newest chapter, Chapter 20: On Resolve and the Solar Restoration - Celestia Enters the Arena . The war's about to begin, and Celestia's about to undergo the most difficult journey of her life, much to the delight of Loose Change. Enjoy!
  5. The new Chapter to Equestria: A History Revealed is out! Chapter 19: The Coming Storm – The New Lunar Order Detailing Luna's preparations for the Equestrian Civil War!
  6. Here's the release of the latest chapter to Equestria: A History Revealed! Chapter 18: A Foreign Abstraction - Celestia and the Griffon Republic Whew! I'm glad I could keep my promise on a chapter out by the end of the month. It actually would have been out sooner, but I realized I had to write up the Bibliography for this chapter. Updating the Bibliography takes much more time than you would expect, but it adds that extra helping of jokes to the chapters. So just as a reminder, be sure to always have the Bibliography open in a new tab when reading! I've done my best to make sure each chapter release has a corresponding Bibliography update so remember to check it out! Also, as a general thing, I'm done University for the term! I'll be taking Summer School so that might cut into my time on the fic, but there should definitely be no more monthly waits for a new chapter! I've got 2 weeks before Summer classes begin, and I intend to use all that time to my advantage. So...I'll be starting a "Rapid Fire Writings" program for myself! Every day I'll try to get as much written as possible! It's not that it's painful to write or I want to get it over with or anything, but rather that I have a ton of ideas for the fic sitting on the backburner. The next few chapters have all pretty much been plotted out, I just need to get to writing. As such, if all goes according to plan, there should be a chapter release every week from here on out. Of course, sometimes life gets in the way, but I'll keep you all posted!
  7. New Chapter! It's about time. We'll be getting into the Equestrian Civil War. It'll be quite a ride, so enjoy! Chapter 17: Solitude of the Dreamwalker – Seeds of Upheaval Also, it might be a while until my next update (though I know it's already been a while since the latest one, apologies). It's just that exams and stuff are coming up. The next update should be coming in the end April, but I might be able to squeeze in another chapter before then if I'm lucky.
  8. Sorry, Sombra! But it seems like the Crystal Empire section of the story is over! (for now) I really liked writing this chapter. Definitely one of my favourites! Or maybe it's because this chapter is so long; I think it's my longest so far. Anyways, check out the new update below! Chapter 16: The Forgotten War - The Crystal Siege
  9. It's Sombra Time! Here's the latest update to Equestria: A History Revealed! Join Loose Change as she explores the history behind the Crystal Empire, and of course, Sombra himself! Check it out!
  10. After a long wait, I'm finally able to release the next chapter! Here it is, Chapter 14: The Establishment of the Dream – Pillars of Compliance. Check it out!
  11. It wasn't a bad episode by any sense of the means. I'd put it up there with the likes of Castle Mania and Daring Don't. Overanalyzing episodes like these usually don't end well because they're not deep with characterization or story. They're more akin to the episodes you would see in Saturday morning cartoons. It all depends if you feel the charm and the fun of the episode are able to carry it on its own. I personally thought it did pretty well, but I can easily understand why people wouldn't like it. It was good, but not what people expect from mlp. It seems Season 4 is unafraid to take more chances, but while doing so, they risk alienating some of their older fans. It's really episodes like these that are more likely to have differences in fan opinion.
  12. Thanks for the support! It really does mean a lot to hear that! Hopefully you'll continue to enjoy the rest of the story!
  13. I'm finally able to update this thread again! Here's the release of Chapter 13! Covering the beginning of the Classical Era, Loose Change overviews the official start of Celestia's reign, and the "Equestrian Rebirth". Check it out below! Chapter 13: The Celestial Concert - The Three Point Plan
  14. I believe the first one's Moving Mountains, from Two Steps from Hell. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMrmnB2LjjM Although I used Shazam, so that's kinda cheating Anyways, getting back to the topic, I really like Epica's version of Pirates of the Caribbean. Although it might be my bias from watching a really great one piece amv featuring it, but I think it's rather epic. When it gets going, it really gets going. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFxhXpPwqic
  15. I got a flu shot! Although it was mostly because it was free. And it was required of me, since I volunteer at a hospital, and that's their policy. I was never really bothered by the flu shot, but if it wasn't for the fact that it was free and mandatory, I'm thinking I probably wouldn't go for it. Too much effort.
