Upon rewatching a lot of the show with a friend of mine who's checking out the show, it makes me wonder, "What was so bad about a lot of these episodes people say are bad?"

I kinda get what Silver Quill said about how exaggerated Big Mac's drag queen costume is. Everything about it up to this point (halfway through) feels like a parody of masculine and feminine stereotypes rather than a celebration thereof. But the cringe comedy, Dash's passive-aggressive sexism, and the old stallion having a crush on him unknowing of his disguise makes the parody feel very muddled.

i dont call myself a brony because in my opinion, the term went from an active member of the fandom to somw guy who harasses others about mlp and pushes it onto them. i am no longer a brony, but a a person interested in the community that has been created by the many talented artists who made all this possible!
