As the title say, I'm a returning one, rather than a newcomer. For years I have had problems logging in, since after the original site moved, and personal problems just added to those. Only recently (the other day), I found the resolve to finally try to get on here again, and did so just now. (Thank you Tinker. )

One: Do any Changeling Figurine exist yet? Two: If not, would you like there to be? Would it be a good idea for Hasbro to make any? To explain the second question: For starters, making changeling figuries would be very much mainly a catering to Bronies, even though it would perhaps eventually break the mold of "only cutesies for girls". So, how interested would bronies be to see Changeling Figurines in Packages and/or blind bags, do you think? I'm sure i'd buy at least one box and/or some blindbags, but that is me. I think one box would be good, and some in blindbags. But, what do You think, and would You like it?

Do You Support Twilicorn?
Tiina Brown replied to ~Master~ Button Mash's topic in MLP:FiM Canon Discussion
I have said it before, and i'll say it again: I'm in it for the ride, and thus far, the makers of FiM has provided a really good ride, indeed. I do want to point out the difference between "good rush" and "bad rush". Both "Flutter on" and the Finale was rushed but while "Flutter on" was rushed in the way that things felt left out, i didn ot feel like that with the Finale. To me, the Finale was a "good rush", as in nothing was left out, it was just described as it progressed. I'm practically indifferent to the Alicorn thing, the point is wether it was explained well enough or not, and i would say: Yes, it was explained well enough, especially for the original target demographic. Oh, and i liked the songs and that it essentially was a musical.- 1,021 replies

Ideas for a feasible future Changeling episode.
Tiina Brown replied to Magic Man's topic in MLP:FiM Canon Discussion
For your idea, Magic Man: Changeling Excange. Ok, i have a probable one, too .... or several, really. One: The combined power of Shining and Cadence is belived to have thrown away all changelings. But perhaps some changelings was left behind, because "they just followed orders and didn't like the idea with an invasion to begin with". Carefully, they have posed as ponies, or even guards, a little here and there, and some has even considered the idea of individual looks, instead of copying. Succeeding or not, by using clothes if nothing else, and noticing that they can't duplicate the cutiemarks, they have been told that Twilight is the smartest around ... Two: One that was thrown away ... hit its head ... and forgot who/what it was/is, and has been walking around planlessly, and winds up .. in Ponyville. -
Symbolism in MLP:FIM and hidden knowledge
Tiina Brown replied to SasQ's topic in MLP:FiM Canon Discussion
* Claiming to see things in a wider context might mean nothing, because i can easily claim to see things in an even wider context than that. * Encouraged to put in mythological references? It was already obvious that there were a lot of mythological references, the only difference is that we now know that they were encouraged to add them. * Often, the yin and yang is noted to be at odds with eachothers. Celestia and Luna is NOT, they are instead in harmony with eachothers on a very different plane. To say that they are similar to yin/yang may be correct, but they are not (like) the traditional Yin/yang. One may say that the symbolism is very much toyed with in that case, perhaps that is fully on purpose. You may have brought it up, but i'll say it anyway: That the "Sun and Moon" is two sisters ... i think it is Celtic Myth it could be referring to, since in other myths, the sun often is male. By the way, i assume that imagery is far closer to describing the sisters, than Yin/Yang. There is also one thing that disturbs me, and it may contribute to the annoyance .... You keep saying that you are just describing what you see. .... But, to me, that is not entirely true ... It is mostly obvious when you compare the picture of Celestia rising both Sun and Moon, and comparing it to Freemason imagery. Why? Ok, i may be wrong, do correct me then, but from what you wrote around it, and decribed the two pictures, it sounded like the sun and moon balance MUST be taken from the freemason imagery. I dare say that balance is far older than than the freemasons, and it is also easily re-invented by people that haven't even heard or seen any of this age-old imagery. Besides, i have pointed out the flaw in comparing the mosaic-window on the Mane 6, with the Sephira in the Gnostic Tree of life/Adam. However, you just said they of course couldn't do the actual one .... Well, they had no reason to do so, either, because it would not be interesting in the show. Ok, if they add further characters to that window, then it might get there, but right now ... that comparison is off. At most, it is what i suggested about the yin/yang thing: They are toying with the idea, nothing esle.- 111 replies

I'm another one that doesn't choose, because i think people exaggerate the bad impact of Twilie becoming an alicorn. I also haven't seen how Equestria girls is yet, and i find no reason to judge it beforehand. As i so often say, when it comes to the series, i'm in for the ride, and Twilight becoming an alicorn after a heartpounding-exiting solving of the situation, was just a natural conclusion to me, as was one of her first questions after she got her wings: "Is there a book about being a princess i have to read?" That shows that she still is the same geeky, bordering on dorky, Twilight. I'm still having faith in the authors of the series.

For starters, i'll see the show if possible, to give it benefit of the doubt. But. * I do NOT like their currently assumed designs, it is the same extreme-thin bodies that ranges on either anorectic or a body-shape very few people have naturally. I feel at least Pinkie, if keeping true to her character, should be ... well, rounded. * I do wonder which ones is, or will be, responsible for things like storyline and such, and how much free reign they will get, because what they do, is what will make or break that franchise, rather than it using the characters from FiM, or the odd coloration or the "catering to an older demographic". * And yes, i might share himanuts' concern for the toy quality ... Also: It should be obvious that this is an attempt of Hasbro to compete with Mattel's Barbie- and Monster High Dolls. However, their approach of using a school is both good and bad. Good: It do fit with the Mane 6 - Characters Bad: They may seem like copying that part from Monster High. I think the best approach would be to actually drag the assumed copying in a direction more fitting: Harry Potter .... and or "Xaviers school of gifted youngsters" (as someone in a different thread suggested to explain the character's odd skin colours ... ), or why not mixing both? Or, for the 6, they could even go the "Magical Girl" route, as Lauren intended for the Mane 6 originally. What i do wonder about also, is the rest of the cast ... Will "Celestia" be the headmaster? Will DeLancie show up as a weird guest lecturer? Will CMC show up, and if so, how? And, of course, will Derpy, whatever her name will be, show up, and how will that thing get treated?

Owtch. I have XP .... and IE 8 .... XD I'll update the browser, and see what happens ... EDIT: But wait, i had the same problem when i was here on Firefox as well! And i assume that was the latest version ... Also, i tried to upgrade to IE 10, but wherever i went, it could say IE10, but then it referred to IE8 anyway! ... Which it was also pointed out to me that i already had if i tried to download it. The only exception was a place where one could BUY IE8, and IE10 was included in it there ... Currently, it works fine again, it seems the problem mainly arises when i also get a warning about "unsafe http-connection" or similar, while logging in. How i log in when the "sign in" is covered? I zoom out to 75%, and just below the blocking Forum-subscribe, one may see hints at "log in with twitter & facebook" ... and to the right of those, barely seen, if seen at all, the cursor notes a "sign in". There, i click.

Perhaps ... but i have no idea how to "make a ticket". I get stupid when i see the page you linked to. I mean ... "Title"? Shouldn't there be a place where it says "problem" instead? I have no idea. Oh, by the way, that link worked as it should(it did not log me out), nor do i get logged out by shifting between pages in the same topic. However, using the notification links do log me out ... By the way, i haven't had ANY such problems with either IE or Firefox before ... like, 2 days ago. And, on topic: When i use IE, this site's pages load faster, partially because the "equestria background" isn't loaded .... So, having to use Firefox on here currently just increase the waiting for the pages for me ... Interesting, now i am on IE, and i haven't gotten logged out yet ... It seems to have something to do with that secure or insecure connection thing when i logged on, ... this whole thing is wierd ... And sorry for disturbing in this topic ... Although, yes, loading the pages do take less time for me on IE, because the equestriapicture in the background doesn't have to load.

Symbolism in MLP:FIM and hidden knowledge
Tiina Brown replied to SasQ's topic in MLP:FiM Canon Discussion
I was waiting for you to respond to my post, and while doing that, i saw you burying yourself in symbolisms that is there, isn't quite there, and even isn't there. It is understandable, yet ... problematic. Well, i pointed out the difference between YinYang and the painting of the sisters, and you just say "but it is right in the show". That is ignoring the fact that you were wrong, even partially, about the paining as a symbol .... but noone wants to be forced to admit that they are wrong, even partially. I have no idea how to continue from thereon. I might just leave this thread.- 111 replies

I have worse problems than just the "sign in" being largely unavailable: At least 5 times now, and one of those times on Firefox (the ones before that on IE), i have logged in, come in, but as soon as i used a link or clicked away a message talking about "safe connection" or "encrypted page" ... or Firefox's "save password?" .... i has become logged out from this site, unable to post! This last time, i took the sign in on the firefox page, and didn't bother clicking anywhere on the "save password" thing ... If you are reading this, it seems to have worked this time.

It do seem like it was the charity fundraiser to get accepted as an added game in that ... (forgotten its name) massive fighting game tournament .... that ended up as the last straw. I say, Roll with the punch, before the cease and desist, the Mane6 said in a comment about above mentioned fundraiser, that even if they would get forced to C&D, like they now was, they now knew they could do it. Even Fyre-Flye(is that the right spelling?) Lauren Faust herself seems interested in making oc's especially for a revised version of the game, probably knowing that this is the best way, currently. I would not mind lending my OC to a new version (Ninja, weaker than AJ but also more agile, can shoot fireworks against opponent, likes grabs, and use smoke to disappear and attack from below or above. Outside of Fight, likes singing, dancing, having fun ... but also studying magic?) I suggest that the new version has backgrounds and at least a few characters from well-known fan fiction and such, and also a few well-known fan-ocs .... I'd suggest places like .... i keep forgetting the names! ... someplace in Fallout: Equestria, Fluttershy's SHED ... with "Fluttershed" as a hidden character, perhaps? .... and a Ponyhammer environment too, of course I'm certain you can think of more. Keep supporting the remains of the Mane6 now, ok? *cheering* O O I -_- I O___ -_- O O -_-___O

Is the dark side of the fandom dying out?
Tiina Brown replied to TheMarkz0ne's topic in Sugarcube Corner
You call the cloppers the "dark side"? Sheesh.... I get your sentiment, you don't understand it, and you may sincerely dislike it as well, but you have clearly misunderstood a few things. .... And calling cloppers "sub-furries" at that? You obviously has misunderstood furries the same way haters has misunderstood both Bronies and Furries ... I understand that sentiment, too, though, if one feels preassured, and just hear rubbish from haters and the people that hang with haters, or lets the haters tell them "what is true" ... then one starts to look for a guilty part that isn't you, but that you may be associated with, that the haters also hate .... I was there once, myself, until i realized that i was just perpetuating the hate from the haters and the trollers. I have said something similar before, and i'll do so here again: The haters and trollers takes ANYTHING they can find, and twists it, so they can hate it more easily. If they cannot attack people who like talking animals, then they attack religions, cultures and political views. Once, they would attack redhaired ones, or darkhaired, or browneyed, or ... perhaps you get the point. No, the cloppers aren't dying out, the haters has just been busy hating other things lately, since they didn't get the the attention from the bronies that they wanted to get. I'm technically no clopper, but i have other fancies that seems just as wierd as clopping, in a way. -
