I know the feeling. Sometimes when I'm angry I just want to listen to angry music, but whenever I do that I just end up feeling more angry. (btw, when I say "angry music" I'm talking about lyrics, I listen to death metal a lot and I often find it relaxing in a weird way)
But, forcing yourself to listen to something more light-hearted and positive might help, especially if you stick with it. But anyways, I hope you feel better soon.
