      Final Fantasy 7-9 are good ones to start with as most of the playstation RPG players intro to the series was probably one of these. 10, 12 & 13 are more linear but obviously look alot nicer. from 6 backwards you have to put graphics behind even thoses of 7, and some of them have really, REALY annoying MIDI music... can't even play them for 15 seconds... ugh... :P
