      At least that's the effect on me. I hear not all ADHD people become calm, just some. Same effect from coffee

      Mine doesn't is all I can say, not sure why. I'm calm and relaxed after coffee or sweets. Heck, my favorite coffee is so extremely sweet that I don't want to taste the coffee.
