      Usually the best option is to find the occurring problem and find a tatic/solution to prevent it. If stress seems to be the problem, find out-of-school activities outside of home, unless it feels comfortable with you the most. Sports seem to help me the best, example is hockey. I really hope you get well and figure out what to do!

      School is a pain... Always will be.
