Gonna try quitting smoking...anyone have any tips?

I quit smoking and I'm not gonna lie, it was very hard. Sometimes substituting smoking for something else can help and gum, not necessarily the smoking cessation kind, can help with the oral fixation. Exercise is also helpful. It's your mind you have to fight. Be as honest with yourself as you can as you go through it. When you want to have a cigarette, ask yourself why.
