Vanderbilt proceeded to slide down his chair and groaned "Well it vould seem like the majority has voted for it so there vould be little use in contesting it. Though listen well, i'll be keeping a close eye on you so even one move out of place and i'll pounce." Cecelia just let out a little yay and hugged Liz's leg completely oblivious to Vanderbilt's animosity towards her "We're going to the bestest of friends! Look this is Myou." Cecelia the held up the wooden cat to Liz with a cute look in her eyes.

Lucius looked down at Fenrir "Well technically I dabble more in the private sector so a couldn't care less puppy!" Although seeming as rude as usual there was an underlying curiosity sparked by Fenrir, it was obviously not Draco and possession or sorts on such a level suddenly made the dark mage much more interested in the blood rager. However Lucius quickly became more distracted by Canteen flying past him he proceeded to ignore the psycho and turned to hold out a hand to Brume offering to help him up "Apologies about this, I assure you that not everyone in my guild is like this. Only him really. Oh and don't worry about him being dead, he'll come back in a few minutes... unfortunately."

Vanderbilt grumbled a bit as the food he had been eating went onto his face and proceeded to wipe it off "As Antonio has said ve are in no need of assistance, ve are simply traveling to the Grand Magic Games and any issues that do come up are very easily solved by the two of us. Now if you would be so kind as to le-" Vanderbilt was however suddenly cut off by Cecelia who had somehow moved next to Liz is the space of a second "Please~ Mr Vanderbilt she has horns and stuff and she is sooooo cool, and nice, and pretty Oh please, Oh please, Oh please?!" Vanderbilt just slid down in his chair groaning "Antonio please convince Cecelia otherwise, I don't think it's vise to have a half dem... a stranger accompanying us."

Jack grunted at the now two people in front of him "Do you think having another little friend will help you? Time to turn you both into ash. Phoenix Retribution!" A great Red phoenix then manifested and flew at the two Red Rock members with the intent to kill." Lucius mean while had been watching from the Red Rock stands, the wine glass in his hand slowly gaining more and more cracks until it shattered sending glass flying "If the rest of you will excuse me, I have a job that needs attending." With that Lucius turned into dark energy and shot across the stadium and manifested in front of Brume and Canteen, and right in the path of the phoenix "Uh How droll. Draconic Dispel." And with a pulse of dark magic, the Phoenix dissipated and small arcs of dark energy leapt up Lucius' arm "I think you need to cool off, unbind." Lucius' cane then turned into his rapier and stabbed Jack right through the heart, sending him to the ground, apparently dead.

Vanderbilt nodded "Possibly, I don't think Jack even knows vhat kind of magic he uses, all he care about is that it's strong and it can hurt people." Vanderbilt then looked at the screen and chuckled a bit when Antonio mentioned magic from other lands "Oh yar, magic from other lands really is something else, it takes me back to my childhood back in my home, ve had all sorts of strange and unique magic there." Vanderbilt seemed to be very fond of his home though he did quickly change the subject "Anyvay, enough of an old mans prattling, I can also give you some specs on the Polaris Flare guild hall if you vish." The Inn Keeper mean while nodded at the girl "Of course, can I get you anything to drink with that, if I can just call." the grizzled man then walked into a kitchen to make the fries, leaving the bar inhabitants alone.

Lucius chuckled darkly and the mention of him needing his father's permission "You want to know an interesting fact Elis, my tittle in currently LORD Lucius Darkflare, that means the bastard of a father is dead, and I should know i'm the one that killed him." As for the fight, though Lucius hadn't said a word about it thus far those paying attention would notice that he had put his glass down and had begun drinking directly from the bottle.

Everyone in the Polaris Flare stand was rather shocked when this crazy person ran into there stand and started speaking gibberish and proceeded the take jack hostage, not the best idea. Jack laughed angrily "You know mate I don't know who you are, or where you came from but I can promise you that by the end of this your going to have a chard hole where your heart used to be. Fire Mantle!" Jack's body then burst into flames which covered his body as he used the propulsion from being pushed to fly forward and spin in mid air so he landed facing Canteen "Armageddon blast" a cylinder of red violent energy then erupted from Jack hand flying directly for Canteen's chest.

Vanderbilt nodded at his companion "Indeed, she is defiantly one of the main danger's vhen facing Polaris Flare. The only normal guild member more dangerous than her vould be... Jack Felfire. In some vay's I guess he's your opposite, your an ice devil slayer, no? Vell he uses hell fire and he hits hard vith it, he specialises in hitting hard and dealing heavy amounts of damage to his opponent in a single hit, and this power is immense, out of all of them he is the only one who can go up against Lucius and stand a chance of vinning, though to my knowledge he never has." The Inn keeper then came out with there food and placed in on their table, Cecelia sat happily eating, as did Myou ,which was peculiar seeing as he was made of wood and shouldn't need to eat. when the new person entered the Inn the Inn Keeper chuckled "Another traveller? Today must be my lucky day, what can I do for ye lass?"

Lucius scoffed at Brume "It's funny though how when we first met yo guy's seemed to be the best of friends, but you seem to have chucked that to the side pretty quickly haven't you?" The dark mage then looked at Elis his expression not changing "You know I do prefer not to maim people who don't deserve it, but I would advice you be quiet... unless you want to lose your other arm." As Leege asked him if he liked Perpe Lucius quickly lost his composure a small blush appearing on his face "I most certainly do not! and even if I did I assure you that it would be entirely platonic!" This however did seem to be enough to also calm Lucius down, after a deep breath Lucius spoke, his voice sounding less angered and more logical "I... apologies for my little out burst." Lucius then proceeded to slump down into a seat in there stand and poured two glasses of wine giving one to Brume "Trust me it helps... also don't ask where I got this stuff from, honestly even I don't know at this point." Lucius then held his glass up giving a toast "To a miracle then."

Vanderbilt nodded to Antonio "Yes it  is indeed a peculiar effect, though she is a nice enough girl. Next vould be Gale, she either doesn't have a last name or doesn't let anyone know it. She is an expert in lightning magic and martial arts, often infusing parts of her body with lightning in order to hit much harder. Her main skill however comes from her being able to use ranged and attacks giving her a very flexible fighting style."

Lucius looked down at the battle slightly shaken by Draco's proposed deal and the prospect of losing Perpe. He never liked changed and had always tried to keep things the same for as long as possible. Lucius eventually stood up and began making his way out of the stand stating to his guild he'd be back in a while. What the non-competing members of Red Rock would find is a never mad looking Lucius at the entrance to there stand "Hey Brume, I think we need to have a little chat, don't you?! You know about Draco trying to steal Perpe from my guild and forcing her to join you guys." from the sound of Lucius' voice he had become incredibly mad since leaving his stand and to everyone in the stand he would also likely seem slightly unstable.

An alternative way to way to have a good villain is to start with them being the winner, base your story or whatever in a world where the villain has succeeded with his terrible plan, it's a good way to make him omnipotent by having him being not incredibly powerful but by having what he controls give him power, it then creates good story points of your protagonist having to go through all these things to reach the villain.

Vanderbilt nodded his head at Antonio "Ok then, vell next is Alexis Farstone: I rather timid girl who enjoys fantasizing about ships, I alvays found it rather strange she never struck me as the sea fairing type. She isn't inherently dangerous as almost all her magic involves buffing her allies abilities, she does however have split personality. The personality is almost the exact opposite of Alexis, stoic and angry, It does however have an interesting effect of Alexis' magic, causing it to instead debuff people." Cecelia meanwhile nodded and cutely smiled at Antonio "Yeah there really cool so far, but some of the people there seem... mean."

After sensing his sword missed and seeing that he lost a point Lance walked out of the ally to confront Shadow, he proceeded to dismiss his spectral sword and requiped to a pole much the same as Shadows "Well I do prefer a far fight, I apologise for using such a dirty tactic as a homing sword on you." Lance then swung the pole and ran at Shadow, however that was when the time ran out. Lance plainly smiled and laughed a bit "Oh well, I hope Lucius got what he needed." He ten turned to Shadow "It's a shame the time ran out, I would have liked to see where this was going."

As Perpe shook him Lucius stood there stoic but then grabbed her by the shoulders when she asked him why he chose Lance "Because I trust in his skills, perhaps you need to stop caring so much about winning after the first round and try focusing on more important problems than your pride." As Perpe walked out Alexander followed her and eventually stopping her "You know lady Perpe, The Darkflare family have had many great military leaders in their long history, as such most Darkflares are tactically inclined, Lord Lucius especially so I'd imaging that losing this first event is all part of his master plan, so you shouldn't worry so much." Alexander gave Perpe a warm motherly smile and patted her on the head "Now come on, you have a match up next I believe."

Vanderbilt looked and Antonio and shifted his spectacles a little further up his noes "Lance Steelstorm: A primarily melee fighter who can 'requip' different veapons and armour vhich boost different attributes. He's been a member of Polaris Flare for around three years now, making him one of the newest members. He has no officially known past affiliations, however it is believed he used to be part of a secretive order of Templars. As you can tell from his behaviour as vell is the fact that he is very... medieval prince like vith his actions. Unfortunately due to the recent establishment of Red Rock I don't know anything about them off the top of my head. Who else would you like information on?"

Lance jumped back a bit and quickly yelled "Requip!" as he changed into a larger suit of armour with a massive shield which he used to deflect the bolt in the opposite direction. Once he had realised that 1. he was trapped, and 2. the fake hims' didn't change appearance with him Lance went back to his normal self and sighed as he realised that there was probably someone who he needed to take out before he could continue "I hate having to use such dirty tactics, however the situation calls for it. Spiritual blade." A turquoise magic circle the appeared in front of him and out of it came a large ghostly sword which hovered there in place "Ok sword, strike any living person in the boxed in area and do your best not to hit and illusions." The sword the went up into the air and darted around the area before launching itself at Shadow.

Despite being a man who never really took Draco seriously and always had a cocky aura about him, Lucius gained a rather serious and slightly sad look on his face "Draco I would appreciate it if you didn't insult my lineage like that, whether you believe it or not I do have a strong sense of family, and to say something like that to me, is to insult them so just do yourself a favour and just stop whilst your ahead." After taking a minute to regain his composure Lucius smirked and firmly shook Draco's hand "Fair enough, and if you guys betray my trust then i'll cast you into a darkness so terrifying that within second you will beg for the warm embrace of Hell."

Vanderbilt gave Antonio a quick glance as if to say "You're right not to bad mouth him" The Inn keeper then came along and took the orders "Ok i'll get that taken care of now." The whole time however he kept shooting Antonio half sad, half angry looks before heading off to the kitchen to prepare the food. All Vanderbilt could do was laugh at what Antonio said "Vell i'm pretty sure he vas talking about you Antonio, I think Lady Cecelia looks more like you than me." Cecelia just hugged Antonio "Don't be silly Mister Vanderbilt! Mister Antonio's more like an uncle."

After a minute or so Lance could tell he was being followed, it was most likely from his years of training however he didn't choose to immediately strike as he was curious as to why he hadn't been attacked yet. Lance watched what occurred with the other guild members and quickly moved down an alleyway in a bid to avoid them. The alleyway had a dead end at which Lance waited for Lilina to turn the corner, at which point he stated, in his very eccentric and medieval way  "Well hello there my beautiful lady! To what may I owe the pleasure of being stalked by such radiant company without being stabbed in the back?"

Lucius went into deep thought over the information Merri had given him "Hmm well from what it seems, it's safe to say that they're here for personal problems... and I thought I had daddy issues. It will defiantly be dangerous for any guild involved." Lucius then cocked his head with a curious smile on his face at Merri's proposal "Rather interesting proposition indeed, and it is true that my guild isn't... conventional. Why the hell not, lets give it a try, I think in this tournament both our guilds are underdogs anyway so any help is good." Lucius then began to walk away, only stopping for a second to give Merri a polite bow and to toss her a rather hefty pouch "I appreciate the help Merri, so there's ten-thousand jewel for your trouble. Oh and if you could tell Brume i'd like to chat about this proposal more in person when he get's a second. And one last thing, be carful, if my information is correct you guys are staying at the same place to the Fairy Tail guild are you not? you could be possible targets. Cioa." As Lucius left he walked away in a fashion where it would seem like he hadn't seen Draco, but then stopped "You know Draco: I may not be able to use the magic, but I still have the body of a dragon slayer so I can smell your stench a mile off." Lucius then left and returned to his teams seating area.

The inn keeper just shook his head at Antonio "Well I warned you, that's all I can do, just don't want anyone else going through the pain of loosing there child." The Inn keeper although looking very stoic, had a glint of sadness in his eyes. Vanderbilt began looking through the menu "Vell, I guess I vill have the Caesar Salad. Vhat do you want Lady Cecelia?" Cecelia stared at the menu before beaming a big slime and extravagantly pointing at two meals "I want the honey and mustard chicken, and Myou will have some salmon please." Vanderbilt then turned the lacrima on that showed the Grand Magic Games. Cecelia immediately pointed towards Lucius with a big smile "Hey! That's Lucius, he's a living member of my family, he always used to visit me when I was in the mansion, it was him who showed me how to make living things out of wood!"

Lucius smirked and chuckled at Draco's threat "Oh I look forward to it, I hope it is less of a disappointment then your previous career." Lucius gave Lance a nod before he disappeared into the fake town and looked at Perpe "Don't worry, Lance is great at this kind of thing, he used to be a high ranking Templar who some kind of church, Lance has a sense bordering on premonition, he is able to sense when an attack is coming towards him, given it only really works properly with melee attacks, but when it comes to pure dodging Lance is a king. Anyway, go head up to the stands, I just need to take care of something quickly." When Perpe and the others will has reached the stand where Alexander, Malygos and Alexis were, they would be met with the sight of Alexander trying to push a very heavy, smaller version of the throne from the guild hall into that stands "This was the package Lord Lucius was expecting." Meanwhile Lucius went over to the Red Rock guild, more specifically Merri "You, person with the sand or something, I require you for a second." Without giving her anytime to respond Lucius lifted the Sand Dragon Slayer with his magic and walked over to a slightly more secluded area. Merri now had this tall dark mage in front of her, with a kind of scary look on his face "You used to work at the council correct? Tell me, the Raven Tail's guild, it was a dark guild wasn't it? When did they become legitimate?" Lance meanwhile began doing his best to blend into the crowd of himself, waiting to spot something out of the ordinary.

Cecelia's face lit up at Antonio's words and she hugged Myou close to her chest "You hear that Myou? We could play magic games together, wouldn't that be fun?" Myou just gave a rather neutral meow as a kind of "I don't really care". Vanderbilt just chuckled at the young girls cluelessness and leaned down to her "Vhy don't we go take a seat and vait for Antonio to sort everything out?" Cecelia gave the an one of her cute little nods and walked with him over to a table. The Inn keeper meanwhile had moved closer to Antonio and had began speaking quieter so that Cecelia couldn't here him "Well sir I can not stop you, but I will warn you to keep an eye on the girl, a lot of the people going missing have been young, so keep a close eye on her. Oh and also, I would advise not snooping around, the last people who did that ended up hung... but by none of us." Curiously he had seemed to skim over the question about help from people. The older man then handed Antonio a few menus and went down to some kind of cellar, leaving the group alone.                                                  (No idea what would be on the menu's, just have whatever you can think of)

Lucius glanced over to Draco at his comment and gave the man a kind of evil smirk and chuckled "Come now my dear boy, when your as good at magic as me a simple cantrip like that it nothing. I mean I honestly you would know something like that...Captain." As Shadow's small discharge shredded the symbol the residual sparkles of magic began to swirl around into a ball before shooting up creating a firework explosion which gained a few extra cheers from the crowd. Lucius, Gale and Lance then all looked down as the illusions appeared in the sky, trying their best to ignore them, while Jack just stood there taking in the view.

A bead of sweat trickled down Lucius' face as both Fairy Tail teams came out, he then proceeded to dart Alexander a rather irritated look to which his only reply was a confused shrug. Lucius sighed and looked at Perpe "Indeed. Just remember always try your best, and if you fail don't except it, get up and kick failures ass! And the answer to who's doing the challenge is pretty simple, it's gonna be Lance. After all he's the only one of us ,except me, who can control the amount of destruction he causes." As he said this he deliberately looked towards Jack and Gale. Lance just stood at attention and bowed "I'll do my best to do you proud Lord Lucius!"

The older inn keeper chuckled for a bit "Ah I see, magic council are you? I'm guessing so, the uniforms are generally a giveaway. Well if you what to watch the games, I have a lacrima set up down here to broadcast it for the patrons. Feel free to use it as much as you like." Cecelia quickly whispered to Vanderbilt while this other conversation was going on "Mr Vanderbilt, what are the Grand Magic Games?" Vanderbilt smiled at the young girl "Ve vill tell you over dinner, how does that sound?" Cecilia just nodded cutely at him in response. At the mention of staying for a few nights the inn keeper gained a fearful expression "While i'm fine giving you food and stuff, I wouldn't advise staying here over night. People have been going missing recently, at least two to three people every night. The towns already been cut down to a third of it's population."

As Polaris Flare, or more noticeably Lucius walked out there wasn't much in the way of applause and more in the way of muttering through the crowd, although Alexander, Malygos and Alexis were doing the bet to cheer. Lucius gave a heavy sigh before smirking, he then proceeded to shout up at the muttering crowd above "All of you quit that murmuring, we're not here to gossip, we're here to watch amazing feats of magical prowess... and I for one am certainly not going to disappoint." Lucius then flurried his cane around in a skilful manner and made magic circles appear on the ground circling where they were standing. Great beams of different colours of magic suddenly shot up into the sky, proceeding to swirl around each other like a beautiful dance before shattering into small multi-coloured sparks which slowly floated down to the ground but it it's place was a shimmering Polaris Flare guild mark flying high above their heads. This warranted the crowd to cheer pretty load for the guild, or at least for the magic. After this however Lucius darted a smug, superior look up to Brume as if to say "I'd like to see your guild beat that."

Vanderbilt shook his head "No, i'm afraid not. I believe the plaque is on the other side, I vould suggest us getting accommodation sorted first though, then ve can have a look around." Cecelia looked up at the statue and cocked her head "Something about that statue looks familiar, I can't tell from the back though." Vanderbilt then patted the young girl on the head "Vell my dear, let's sort our rooms first, then ve can go look, yar?" Cecelia nodded ok Mister Vanderbilt!" Vanderbilt walked into the large establishment, the inside was pretty basic, just the same as any other inn, the first floor seemed to be a bar and restaurant and the upstairs seemed to be for guests. There was a man standing at the bar cleaning a cup, the man looked to be in his early fifties, his hair mostly grey with a few stands of fair hair left "Oh! Why hello there friends! It isn't often we get travellers coming through our little town. Though I should warn you about the er... nothing, it shouldn't be of any concern unless you intend to stay here over night."

Lucius blushed a little again as he looked down at his hand and quickly pulled it out of Perpe's grip, now the moment drew closer Lucius seemed slightly nervous but never the less kept most of his normal attitude "Don't worry, at least half the people on this team have killed before, go all out! Just don't kill 'em, you can maim them, just not kill... unless necessary, but you didn't hear that from me got it? Just get out there and kick ass, most of those pitiful guild should be beneath us anyway, no need to take them seriously-" Lucius then became very serious as he looked out "Except Fairy Tail and Sabertooth, look out for them, NEVER underestimate them, when fighting them, fight as if your life depends on it... because it might." Lucius then took a step forward "Ok guy's let's do this." And then began walking out.

Cecelia lent her head on Antonio's arm and nuzzled into him a bit and nodded "Ok that sounds good." Vanderbilt got out of the vehicle and began walking "I understand Antonio. Although I vould mock the name of a place, there is alvays some reason behind it." After walking a bit the group would find themselves in the town centre, in the centre was a massive statue made of what seemed to be onyx or some kind of other black rock; the statue itself seemed to be of a man in his mid twenties to mid thirties holding some kind of book in one hand and a flask in the other, on the other side from where Antonio, Vanderbilt and Cecelia were was presumable a plaque although it was hard to work out from the angle they were at. Closer to them however was a reasonably large building with a sign above the door which depicted a withered hand rising from the ground, a tombstone behind it saying "The Dead Man's Rising" less threateningly however was a sing in the window which said "Family restaurant and Inn, anybody welcome" Vanderbilt looked at the signs and slightly shifted his spectacles higher up his nose "Vell... that's slightly disappointing."

When everyone had arrived Alexander, Alexis and Malygos had gone up to the stands while the others got changed, needless to say Perpe had been the quickest if only because of the argument between Jack and Gale, who were both shouting at each other through the walls. Lucius meanwhile slowly began to look up as he heard Perpe "Oh why thank you, you look nice yourse-" Lucius trailed off as he looked at Perpe in the outfit, a hint of red appearing on his cheeks, however that would have only been visible for a second as he quickly faced the other direction "Um... i'm not sure if you know or not, but um the fabric I used is made to be extremely flexible, basically the only thing you have achieved from this is being slightly cooler." It was at that moment that Jack, Lance and Gale entered the room, needless to say, Perpe was the fruit of Jack's eye "Well hey there hot stuff, lookin' pretty sexy in that, i'd love to see you out of it." Lucius however quickly interjected "Leave her be flamehead,or the only thing you'll be seeing out if your heart when I rip it from your chest." Jack then skulked into the corner and began murmuring to himself "Anyway, ok everyone this is it, now I want all of you to do your best and get us a good spot, and by that I mean you better get us first or I will be very...'unhappy', got it?" Jack, Land and Gale all nodded there head in agreement "Ok great, now who's ready to kick some ass!"
