It's wrong of those people to get annoyed with you over nothing like that; if it's their fault, then it will always be their fault until they take responsibility, and if they don't understand what's going on and just get angry at you, then that says a lot about them. =/ But I'm glad that video games have been helping you here; what games have you been playing, out of curiosity?

Sorry for the late response. I've been playing a lot of Fallout: New Vegas lately =)

And yeah, I agree that it's their faults for expecting me to be able to do something about their issues, when I really have no control over what caused them.
