The job market in the fields I could go to is really something nowadays. I've been scrolling through job ads for two days now, hours each day, I've read through hundreds of ads now, and you want to know how many of them have been a company looking workers for themselves? 7.

Over 99% of the "open" jobs, are recruitment companies and lease/rental-labor companies.  Now, nothing wrong with those necessarily, some of them are honest companies, but like...really? they say we have a labor shortage, but considering that 99% of jobs go through third parties seemingly, it seems to me that employers just don't want to hire people.
