Catpone Cerberus

Attempt one in different approach in drawing.
I'll be writing a story and such for the character eventually, but bit of context for this specific kobold.
He's a bad science joke I came up with year ago.
There's something called Cobalt-60, a radioactive material that is blu-ish in color. So we have a blue kobold that harms anything biological he touches bare-scaled. His name was originally gonna be a pun on number 60, but instead his name is just "Rad".

He wears gloves and...socks? to protect others from himself.
