So, some companies are now getting worried because they can't use foreigner workers and they don't know if they'll be able to find "Finns that will commit to the job for long enough." And I'll give them the same suggestion as to those companies that claim to have a labor shortage...now, I know this is very crazy idea..but..
SpoilerPay your workers so that they don't need to get welfare on top of the salary to get by.
someone tried to argue this by pointing out that the foreigner workers are bound to same laws as Finns and thus don't get paid any less that the law allows, but they failed to realize that the problem is not that the workers are paid less than the minimum, but that the minimum is not enough to get by in the area where the work is.
