    Some people just have no interest in Celestia and Luna having a completely normal relationship, huh.

      I mean, that's basically what a lot of My Little Pony episodes are like, and I'm not always a fan of it either, but I do think those two episodes are about different things. "A Royal Problem" is about appreciating other people's jobs, whereas "Between Dark and Dawn" is more about realizing how much your sibling's presence means to you.
