Applejack didn't know what to make of the situation. These...strange creatures seemed nice, and she could tell they weren't acting. She wasn't the Element of Honesty for no reason. She tried to speak, but she was still having a hard time finding the right words. She's never seen or heard of anything like these creatures, let alone think they could talk. Again, they seemed friendly, if their words were anything to go by. Finally, she managed out a few words. "W-what are...you?" She muttered.

Rhett lowered his gun completely, running a hand through his hair. He honestly wanted to just shoot it, seeing as they needed food. But, something stopped him from doing it. It seemed so...Human, yet animal at the same time. The main thing was it's facial expressions. It obviously was frightened, but it was blown way out of proportion for just an animal. "Hey." He sat on one knee, kneeling down to its level. It was still ten feet away, but he wanted to make sure he didn't seem like he would harm it. "I'm not gonna hurt you. You don't have to be scared." He gave a soft smile. Again, if he was being honest, he felt like this...pony could understand him, judging by its face.

Rhett was the same as Peter, staring intently at the small horse. It was orange, with a blonde mane and even a hat on its head. Was he going insane? "Yeah...I am..." He muttered, lowering his rifle slightly. This didn't make any sense. Did the virus mutate some poor pony or something? Or is this just some cruel joke by God, who he was starting to doubt was even real anymore.

Applejack stayed hidden, but then she heard a voice call out in her direction. "Hello?" It was soft, but had a serious tone to it. "Anyone there?" She didn't know who this was, but something that caught her attention was the term it used. 'Anyone?' She thought. 'Doesn't he mean anypony?' She decided to reveal herself, and so she slowly peeked out from behind the bush to see something that truly terrified her.

Applejack sighed,"I know, sugarcube. You're gonna be alright." She continued looking around the forest, only seeing nothing but trees and more trees. Suddenly, she heard what sounded like a voice. Then, it became two. Never in her life did she think she would be so happy to hear somepony else besides her friends and family. "Twi, I hear somepony!" She smiled. "I'm going to go get help, you stay here. I'll be right back." With that, she galloped towards the direction of the two voices, and as she got closer, they sounded like stallions. Once she got close enough to make out their conversation, she hid behind a bush just to be sure they weren't going to hurt her. There was stories of ponies in the Everfree that foalnapped ponies and held them for ransom. She didn't believe it, but it never hurt to be sure.

Applejack started to tear up, but Twilight was alive. If that was anything to go by, it was she was alright. She blinked a few times to keep the water from flowing, and still tried to wake up her friend. "Twilight, c'mon wake up!" She shook a bit harder.

When Applejack was able to get her senses back, she found she was in a forest somewhere. It obviously wasn't where her and Twilight were seconds before. Just then, she remembered Twilight. She frantically looked around for her, and thankfully saw her right beside her. "Twilight! You okay." She put a hoof on her back, shaking her slightly.

Applejack simply cocked her head,"Uh-huh." As she continued, she felt the strange feeling she got when Twi first started begin to swell, it seemed. First it was just a tad bit of 'this is a very bad idea'. Now, it seemed like it was saying 'Stop! Don't do it!' Along with that, she could tell Twilight was starting to wear out. "Twilight, maybe you should stop. Ah don't think this is doing any good for you, let alone your noggin." She said with concern. " Besides, it doesn't seem to be doing anything."

Applejack was sitting beside Twilight, watching Twilight and eating an apple. Though the orange mare didn't really understand what the spell was supposed to do, she was intent on helping her friend with it. Twilight had been obsessing over this for the past week it seemed, and now was the time she had enough magical energy to preform it. She watched Twilight light up her horn, but for some reason, she got a bad feeling from it. "Twi, are ya sure this is a good idea?" She asked concerned. "I got a bad feeling from this."

Rhett aimed into the forest, seeing the brush moving slightly. He flipped off the safety and held his weapon tighter. The brush continued moving, even upon hearing the sound of his rifle click. So, he figured it was just a rabbit or something. "Hello?" He said, maybe a dumb move, but he wanted to make sure. "Anyone there?" Then, the bush stopped moving and after what felt like hours, something peeked it's head over. What it was something beyond anything he could ever imagine, let alone see.

Oh, also, in reality, I don't know if the Rage Virus victims are dead or not, but in this, they're alive, just their brains are altered so much that they basically are. If that makes any sense. Now, this is where we do a cool switch. Your next post is Twilight doing whatever a purple horse does when doing a spell. Sorry if I seem demanding. I just have really bad OCD and plus, I like writing fan-fiction. I did something like this once, and it was pretty neat. We can keep doing Rhett and Peter for a bit longer if you want, doesn't bother me...too bad at least

Ah, but that's where you're wrong kiddo No offense, but do you know what a Rage Virus is? Like, the way it makes you, I mean.

"Dude, you make it sound gay." He laughed. "Can't say you're wrong though." Rhett continued to stoke the fire for a bit more, but after a few minutes, he heard a sound. It was faint, but years of surviving have honed his hearing. He immediately dropped the stick and raised his rifle towards the direction of the noise, which was a stick breaking.

Well, the actual zombie thing has worn out on me. I personally like doing Rage Virus type of stuff now. You know, from 28 Days Later?

Works for me. Also, did we even say what kind of apocalypse it was?

Rhett shrugged,"You're guess is as good as mine." He looked back down to the fire, simply watching the embers burn. He wished he knew, but if he had to guess, it was more than a few years. He hadn't really kept track of time, so it was hard to tell. "Sometimes, I wonder if Europe or Asia fared any better, you know. We can't seriously be the only country hit with this." He stated. "Ah, who am I kidding. We're probably the only people alive right now. You feeling lucky, Pete? 'Cuz I sure am."

Sorry, it doesn't tell me that you responded. My bad Well, since they're canon, we shouldn't need to make a sheet for them. Unless I have no clue what the show's like (Which I do), then we should be fine with just the Humans. Also, we'll do a bit of story for the Humans first, then we'll switch to the ponies for a bit. What way should Twi and Aj arrive in the good ole Apocalyptic Earth? Teleportation? A rouge spell? Maybe just the wrath of the almighty Fausticorn?

"I feel you, man." Rhett consoled his friend. "Say, how's our food situation doing? Should have enough for the rest of these next few days, but afterwards, not so much." He looked up to the sky, admiring the clouds,"We may have to make a run into town sometime, find us some more food and water."

Sam blinked a few times. "I did?" Then, the realization hit him. "Now that you mention it, yes. The last couple of nights, I was falling off a cliff trying to grab something. This time, though, I was in cave. There was a light at the end, but the closer I got, the farther it went away." He scratched his beard a little. "I don't know what they're on about, sadly."

Rhett turned to see Peter getting up from bed, and he gave a smile. "Mornin'. Sleep terrible, I assume?" He chuckled. Truth was, neither of them were getting good rest. Every night, one of the two were up all night, either taking guard or just not being able to sleep. Lately, though, they both seemed to be fully energized in the mornings. Rhett shifted his Indian-style sitting position to sitting on one knee, still tending to the fire.

Rhett opened his eyes to see the morning sky behind the tops of the trees. With a yawn, he sat up and stretched his arms and back with a few satisfying pops. After that, he stood up on his feet and glanced around the small campsite. His bedroll was a little ways away from the small fire, which the embers were still glowing softly. He sighed and grabbed his backpack from beside his bedroll, along with his weapons and the actual bedroll itself. He folded the roll and put it into his backpack, then put his shotgun into the small opening on the side of his pack, which he personally stitched together. Lastly, he checked to see if his pistol and Kukri were still there, and to his relief, they were accounted for. He smiled and began to stoke the fire a little more, seeing as it was still a little cold from the morning air. With another sigh, he wondered where they were going to find more food. They only had half a week's worth left, and not a single animal has shown itself as of late. He just hoped they didn't have to resort to eating their own...he stopped himself there, not even wanting to think about it.

Aight, put the characters here, along with just the normal stuff for OOC's Human Character Name-Rhett Blake Bishop Gender-Male Age-29 Height-6'1/2 Appearance-Rhett has curly brown hair that reaches his shoulders, bright blue eyes and a soft, but serious face. He mostly wears some sort of flannel and blue jeans, along with black boots. He has a few scars, a small one across his nose and two on his back. Also, he has a tattoo sleeve down his right arm and a small hoop in each ear. Personality-He is calm, usually being the smartest guy in the room. When he is confronted, he will try to work things out in a peaceful way if possible, but won't back down from the alternative. He has Aspergers, which makes it hard for him to communicate with new people and even harder to seem friendly, as years of surviving shaped him differently than before. However, he has the tendency to become enraged when someone makes fun of him, even if it was a joke. Gear-An M16A4 with a Comp-Aimpoint sight and a vertical fore-grip, and four magazines. An Ithca model 37 with a flashlight, and twenty-five 12 gauge shells. A Sig Sauer P226 with a supressor, and three magazines. Lastly, a forged steel Kukri, with an ergonomic handle and sheath. Good Traits-Good with guns, knows how to cook, loves playing guitar. Has a nice way with words, like-able and very proficient in medicine. Bad Traits:Has a bad knee, doesn't do good in hostile situations, and can't seem to get a good night's rest. He tends to get carried away, can be a little annoying at times and lots of nitpicks.

Yeah, cannons are allowed, and it doesn't bother me whichever you pick.

As she continued to sleep, Rhett became a little concerned. He didn't think Melody was having a nightmare, but the word she kept saying was a little worrying. He didn't know whether or not to wake her up, as both options weren't really the best choice. After thinking for a little bit, he decided it would be best for her to wake up. He put a hand on her foreleg and shook it a little. "Melody." He said quietly. "Wake up."

The next morning, Sam opened his eyes and let out a large yawn. It lasted for a good five seconds before he sat up. Upon doing so, he felt Scarlet still holding onto him. He smiled and carefully tried to wake her up. "Scarlet, wake up." He put a hand on her shoulder, shaking slightly. "It's time to start getting ready."
