Rikifive's post in My "Activity" content disappeared was marked as the answer
Hello,
it's related to issues we're experiencing with the search engine. Various feeds (activity, suggested topics, using the search feature) lately throw errors or make the pages take ages to load. Now however, instead of straight crashing the pages, the feeds were just blank. Therefore, the activity sections and few other things were just not giving any results. Using the search was also giving 0 results no matter how obvious keywords were used - imagine, searching for "pony" on a pony forums not giving any results. Scary.
For the time being, we switched to the default search engine. While it is a bit slower, it should be at least stable, hopefully.

Rikifive's post in What is a signature on MLP forums? was marked as the answer
Signature is a pre-configured text and/or image appearing beneath user posts.
Typically users put image banners, that contain their name among their favorite characters or own original characters.
Signatures are not displayed on mobile view, however, and I imagine that's what might confused you.
You can add and edit your signature in the account settings.
Usermenu in top right corner => Account => Account Settings
And there, expand the "Settings Area" hamburger menu at the top, and select "Signature."

Rikifive's post in Can/how you delete a quote(spoiler)? was marked as the answer
I assume you are on mobile?
Unfortunately working with these blocks is wonky on mobile. The way I delete these is to have some text above and below the block I want to delete, and then I highlight it all from bottom/top, just to have the block in the middle of selection. Then, just backspacing removes it all.
Same goes with emoticons, sometimes backspacing through them doesn't work on mobile, so an effective way is to highlight some text and drag selection through the emoticon.

Rikifive's post in Is Bumping an Old Thread Allowed? was marked as the answer
@Antiyonder
The rules do not disallow so called necroposting, so if the topic is open, feel free to post in it.
It is indeed encouraged to use old topics than creating duplicate ones.

Rikifive's post in I have a question about alternative ranks? was marked as the answer
Aside ranks, there are special temporary and staff badges.
For example, Alicorns are administrators, and Royal Guards are moderators.
You can view these in this FAQ:

Rikifive's post in quoting someone post in another topic was marked as the answer
Yes it is possible to put quotes from other threads although it is a somewhat manual process.
Method #1: Copy&Paste
1. Quote a post or its fragment in thread#1
2. Cut/Copy the quote from the reply box
3. Paste it in thread#2 and continue
Method #2: Using Multiquote
1. Add a post from thread#1 to your MultiQuote queue using the [+] button
2. This box will appear in the bottom-right corner:
Don't do anything with it just yet
3. Go to thread #2 and the MultiQuote queue will still be there, click the "Quote X post" button there and the quote will be inserted to the reply box. Then continue..
The button doesn't show? REFRESH the page if it was loaded before the quote was added to queue
Quotes And Their Contexts
Quotes automatically created via these buttons have their SOURCE linked to them:
Clicking/Tapping this arrow will take you to the original post and will take you to another thread if the origin of the quote comes from somewhere else.
NOTE: It is the same on both, Desktop and Mobile.
Hope that helps c:

Rikifive's post in Starred Topics not having any of my posts was marked as the answer
There is a star because you did post in that thread. If you can't find it there then that means, that your post had to be removed by moderation for one reason or another. Your post is there, but Trixie covered it in smokes.
It's not a bug.

Rikifive's post in GIF pfps/Size Limit was marked as the answer
I recall that, yeah. If I remember correctly, things changed with the V4 upgrade. Perhaps subscribers do have larger upload limit set, but I can't view these settings to verify anything. or can I-- *hacks*
Hmm yeah, normal users seem to have Max file size 0.15MB, where subscribers appear to have Max file size 0.29MB.
