    What is Sandbar's reason for existing?

     

    I feel like he's the most pointless/background character worthy out of all of the

     

    students in the School of Friendship.

      he serves two purposes i think
      1st. considering the student six are the representaion of each race(like one of those horrible 90's shows yay) they had to include the white guy(err.. the pony)

      and 2nd is that there weren't many male ponies, none who had a main character status so far, so they probably wanted to have one

      both of these are technical reasons of why the show added them though, and none are an excuse for how shallow his character is

      considering the name of the show.
