I have confession to make.......... when I get really depressed, I hurt myself.... I will sometimes lock myself up in my room and just..... mess legs up..... with blade..... even though I've had good times recently, it always comes back... feeling of worthlessness..... I feel like I have no place......... why does this happen so much?

Haha, sounds like a plan to me! ^-^ Music is the best to fall asleep to... so good, I kinda doze off listening without realizing it sometimes ^^; If it's even half as effective with you, I'm hopeful you'll get to enjoy some nice snoozing pretty soon, and even if it takes a while, well, music in the peaceful night isn't the worst experience for sure

Uh oh! I accidentally thought Vitamin C supplement were cough drops, and took 10 times more than daily dose of 1 supplement throughout day.... just realized I grabbed wrong bag....... probably won't feel too good tomorrow.
i try to get sleep now though XD It's late enough for it
