  1. @Techno Universal At this point, Techo had about nine guns pointed at him, including the barrel of Crimson's revolver, which was pressed against his forehead. "Hold on a second. Before we tell you anything, you're gonna tell us exactly what you are and where you came from."
  2. @Digital Blitz "Digi, it's fine," chuckled Crimson. "This is Valiant. He's another senior agent." Valiant let out a thunderous laugh. "Come, child! I mean you no harm! I only wish to see Crimson's new apprentice!"
  3. Because I have not slaughtered enough foes to have proven myself worthy to a maiden
  4. @Digital Blitz "Yeah. Only senior agents get to train new agents though, and it took me a solid twenty years to get there." As they walked, the two ran into another agent. He was a mountain of muscle, and decked out in studded leather armor. "Crimson, my friend!" he said in a booming voice. "What a welcome surprise!" He gave Crimson a big bear hug, then looked over at Digi. "Is this the new agent I've heard about?"
  5. @Digital Blitz "Yeah, it's a little surprise for you." Crimson put her tray away, then began leading Digi out of the cafeteria and back to their quarters. "You're not the first junior agent I've trained, and I always like to give my trainees a little something."
  6. @Digital Blitz Crimson couldn't help but crack a smile. "Just because I'm dead doesn't mean I can't kick ass. I didn't make Senior Agent in record time by sitting on my undead flank." Crimson finished her food and stood up with her empty tray. "C'mon, kid. I got something to show you."
  7. @Digital Blitz "I'm sorry, kid; and I hope your old man gets through this. Really and truly." Crimson paused again, this time just looking down silently. "Y'know, I died almost forty years ago. It was stupid, too. My squad ended up surrounded, and only two made it out alive. I bled out on the evac helicopter, and my soul got taken along with the rest of my boys. They got to go on to the Afterlife, and I decided to take this job. I know they're waiting for me though."
  8. @P-Jay "Motives? I didn't even tell you what war crimes I committed." Crimson wasn't expecting the dragon to suddenly take interest. She had seemed ashamed to have even been put in prison, and Crimson would have thought she'd be repulsed by the mention of war crimes.
  9. @Techno Universal Of course, the android was scoured for explosives, listening devices, and any other nasty surprises that could have been waiting for them. Once it was given the all clear, one of the unicorns at the hideout gave the android a good jolt of magic.
  10. @Digital Blitz "That sounds rough. It always breaks my heart to see anyone young like you pass on," Crimson paused for a moment to take another bite of her breakfast. "I was born and raised in Manehattan. My dad was a factory worker, and my mom worked part time as a maid. I was the oldest of three kids, and the pressure was always on me to succeed. Of course, it's not like I was planning to let them down. I played varsity hoofball on the girl's team, and I probably could have gone pro if I wanted to. But, I decided to join the guard instead."
  11. @Digital Blitz "We all got people waiting for us on the other side, kid. What you're doing in the Corps makes sure that the Afterlife stays safe." Crimson looked down and started on her food. "So, Digi, how about you tell me about yourself? Things got a little rushed yesterday."
  12. @Digital Blitz "I slept okay, or at least what qualifies as okay for a ghost. By the way, drop the 'ma'am'. You don't have to be that formal with me." Crimson walked Digi to the canteen, where they were both served a grey blob that had a faint glow to it. "This stuff might seem gross, but it's not so bad. It's supposed to keep your soul energized."
  13. After about half an hour of dragging the android, Crimson finally got it back to the hideout. The hideout was one of many safe houses that the resistance against Sombra used, and there was likely someone who could get the android running again.
  14. @P-Jay "Wow. That's it? Damn, I got put in here for war crimes." Crimson could tell the dragon was harmless. The poor girl didn't mean to do anything wrong, and at least from what it seemed, she most certainly didn't deserve to be in here.
  15. @Pripyat Pony "Great. I have a room booked for the night here at the inn. I've gotten all the things we'll need for the big day too. How about I show you up to the room?" Their operation would be delicate, no doubt, and secrecy and caution would be everything.
  16. @Digital Blitz After what seemed like hours or what could have very well only have been minutes, a bell rang throughout the cavern. "Morning has come!" said a voice from some unseen loudspeaker. "Report to the canteen for breakfast and your assignments!"
  17. @P-Jay "Not proud of what you did, huh?" said Crimson as she began to eat. From what Crimson had seen so far, there were two kinds of prisoners: people who regretted what they had done, and people who had regretted getting caught. She could easily tell that the dragon fit into the former category.
  18. @Digital Blitz Elsewhere, Crimson was off in her quarters doing curl ups by her bed. Since she was technically dead, exercise didn't have much effect on her physical form and health, but she did it anyways to keep herself occupied and disciplined. Along with that, she had a stereo blasting music. (This is the blasting music mentioned above)
  19. @Techno Universal Crimson cursed to herself. An android made things a lot more complicated, and she was also by no means a tech expert. Plus, Crimson was an earth pony, and thus couldn't jump start the android. Seeing as how it would be a bad idea to just leave it, Crimson began dragging it back to her hideout.
  20. @Lloyd Crimson silently complied and follows the guard out to the cafeteria. It was a bad idea to skip a meal, seeing as how they barely got enough food to scrape by in the first place. However, even though she had been there a month, Crimson still hadn't gotten used to the vile food.
  21. @Pripyat Pony @P-Jay Crimson looked over at the earth pony and scoffed. "You practice that line in front of the mirror or something? You sound like some b-list comic book villain or something." She proceeded to turn her attention the dragon who was in another adjacent cell, which was certainly an unexpected sight. "How about you, big girl? Who'd you kill to get in this hole?"
  22. @Pripyat Pony "Perfect," responded Crimson, briefly glancing at the mare before back at her drink. She had been given no previous information on who her partner was going to be, but Crimson still wasn't expecting a zebra. "So, you're here for the wedding too?" This was another code that Crimson had been briefed on, and she would know for sure that the zebra was on the up and up if she had the correct counter phrase. Not to mention that it wouldn't arouse any suspicion if talked about in public.
  23. @Maple Bat "You might wanna calm down there, sister," commented Crimson as she sipped her own drink. She was always wary out for ponies like the bat sitting next to her, and her gut told her that the bartender was right for keeping his eye on her.
  24. @Digital Blitz The skeleton at the desk took the requisition form and put it in its mouth, then disintegrated it with a burst of flame. "Your requisitions will arrive at your quarters by the time you get back, Junior Agent. Have a nice day."
  25. @Digital Blitz "Living beings such as pets cannot be acquired by requisitions, as per the regulations set by the Grim Reaper," answers the Skeleton. "If that will be all, please give me the requisition form."
