Liking something soft doesn't mean you can't also stand up for yourself. So if like Spike would be his usual self and be picked by others as the result he could just say "Yeah I like pony things do you have a problem with that, if so let me just grow the size of the mountain." Or Garble could easily cut all of the dragons crap by simply standing up for his 'un-cool hobbies'  but it takes him encouragement from a pony out of all creatures to do it. 

I feel like they finally made it official , it's not the tree anymore it's a temple. I am pretty sure it would be like crystal table would get destroyed and then Twilight would be like meh 

I didn't really liked that people tried to match up kids with the elements they supposed to represent.

Moon Landers, sorry.  Its been proven time and time again that it would be cheaper to just fly a rocket to the moon then, uh hire a movie director buy millions of red lasers to fake parallel shadows with no diffusion Bribe the Soviets with hash money. As well as independent teams of researchers who picked up radio signals internationally.

And of course even if it was faked many people (about 40,000 of NASA employees) who were in on it would have told you already because they couldn't have kept that a secret any longer. (okay that was a weak argument)

There are also reflective mirrors on the moon but those are faked too.

Yes on a teenager, but no on a high school. One thing I can be sure of I don't want to spend any more of my time with studying and stressing over homework.

I really like this idea. It might be that Rarity became way to comfortable with how the things are and in the present day it doesn't feel like she get challenged enough.

I'd say season five, all the strongest writers were about to leave and the others that came after was just different.

I just felt that how they portrayed Babs Seed was pointless to the idea that people bully because of the peer pressure and that somehow excuses their own actions.

SoL style show is the least favorite storytelling style for me in any given show. What always seemed to annoy me about MLP is that writers don't seem to care about consistent storytelling.

Tl;Dr Predictable drugged out episodes with characters behaving in certain way that they weren't supposed to be behaving. Completely unnecessary redemption arcs for characters that don't actually need to be redeemed.

Diamond Tiara Garble,yes even Babs Seed were jerks, they almost never showed their good side, so why should the audience care if they got redemption or not? (They probably won't)

Still better than I'm on a Boat by The Lovely Island .

I really liked I'm on a Yacht and I have a suspicion it was inspired by that song.

I think the song supposed to be a joke. But anyway the best performance by the Sunset Shimmer so far.

Starlight Glimmer is amazing and she is rarely in the show right now, and writers are now "punishing" her right now because she is working at the school of friendship and I am not going to read that wall of text that you just posted.

I had to agree with people above. Fluttershy had been used very well in this episode. She likes baby dragons which she really showed when she first saw Spike and was really excited to meet him.

Who wouldn't be scared if they met intimidating 300 feet tall adult dragon? I mean really.

She used her character development very well by calling out other dragons for excessive Spike abuse

Maybe, but I will get over it. His story arc is pretty much over and done, unless you want him to be reformed.
