When you throw a real life issue in a fictional world you will get a complicated responses from both sides of the camp. Especially if the country's history is based on immigrants abusing native population for centuries.

I think the original idea behind the Jedi philosophy was to not get your personal emotions control your actions. And when it does happens it's sometimes results in problems

If there was a "I am confused" voting option I would have taken it. Rarity was a little bit of a wrong person to prepare Yona for a casual dance.

I thought that Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash was perfect for when they taught her how to dance and have fun. I think I tunned out when Pinkie Pie and Applejack "recruited" Yona to do their own chores. I thought, really guys this will not teach her what she wants to know.

Then there was this final product of a dress that extremely tucky and uncomfortable for Yona to wear. Also why in Celestia name Yona wear a purple wig?

I guess I think that Twilight had a natural chemistry with him in a sense that he is a creature of chaos and she likes order. Eventually he would help her loosen up. I suppose that why they like to ship Celestia with Discord, except that Celestia is more his age.

Not specifically Dash with Discord but there is small bit of friendship between those two and I think she just tolerates him for the sake of Fluttershy.

Maybe a few years ago it could have worked, but now I feel like they put Soarin on the shelf somewhere. Maybe she gives him a googley eyes while at work, I don't know.

There are not many ships to begin with, the ones that I like anyway. I like to joke occasionally that Rainbow Dash would go with Soarin or Twilight would pick Discord (like she likes older guys). Yep.

People used to ship Rarity with Fancy Pants, but I never liked that ship anyway.

Maybe I like my ship being retro but I like solar sails on this ship.

Would not care ether way because I don't know who she was. But if it makes other people happy they could invite her in.

To be perfectly fair they feel like a filler to me, like the show is trying to show diversity and that's how it does it. Doesn't mean I don't like them. My personal favorite is Yona, the others just don't click with me For some reason they are playing of Sandbar as a stupid one and I don't really like that.

I feel like Power Rangers were lesser known due to the fact that is too nerdy and an "anime" (well okay it's an Americanized knock off of some show from Japan.)

But the latest adaptation did failed because I am pretty sure that  not everyone actually cared about it.

MLP is well MLP an underdog of a children's cartoons even though it's a children's cartoon that designed for everyone. The only problem with it that G4 is way to safe

Twilight Sparkle is a wish fulfilment character 

She starts off as a normie, ( or at least someone who could be relatable given the circumstances)

• Gets picked up by the Princess to be her personal protege, perhaps for a reason or perhaps she is that powerful that she needs an expert to teach her to control it
• She gets to move on to the new city, while also having heroic adventures, and her friends are really big deal because without them the world as they know it would just end.

The problem comes when her brother suddenly show up out of nowhere and he just happens to marry Princess of babysitting, and that Princess just happens to know Twilight Sparkle because of babysitting. The unholy couple just happens to produce an unholy kid.

If you want to think of it that way Princess Cadence was more of a Mary Sue is then Twilight Sparkle ever dreamed to be.
